The location is perfect. very clean and well maintained property. The staff was excellent. The gardens and water features are aesthetically located. The beach access is very good the beach shack, Calamari is excellent. Santana is the place to be in Goa. Secluded enough to enjoy a peaceful stay and the lovely beach and ocean , yet walking distance from many restaurants, bars, clubs stores etc.

Resort is very clean. All staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast has something for everyone. Lovely pool area and large well maintained gardens. The very efficient cleaners seemd happy and nothing was too much trouble. The pool barman recommended a number of places to visit and dine at and none disaapointed. The resort exits to a car park adjacent to the beach and they also provide towels for the beach.

Arriving early morning we were unable to book from the previous night so had to wait until lunch time before we could check in. Tea and coffee was available and we had breakfast whilst waiting.

I loved the location, atmosphere, the greenery. It is just like on the photos - the cute blue and white 2-floor houses. It is just 2m away from to the beach - it has its own entrance to the beach. Close to the street with shops, restaurants, scooter rental. It was smart to get a room with a pool view to enjoy the nice view of coconut trees and the water. Great staff - we had the room prepared with a double bed, and asked if we could have twin beds - the staff divided the bed right away and the beds were comfortable. The room was exceptionally clean. There was air conditioner and a fan in the room.

Breakfast good. Variety of options. Staff helpful and understood English. Swimming Pool and bar was good. Closeness to beach and other pricy nand neat restraunts. The simple garden had relaxing places, separate huts. Safe sourroundings. Beach nearby was really good for play and long walk. short walk to main street to access Misc. things. Close to rent scotters and reasonable prices taxi for day travel to places. Bathroom clean!

The Bookings.com price didnt include tax which got added and came as a surprise! The front desk couldn't provide info on what places to see around and how to organize the day for sight seeing and travel. There should be info sheets prepared and available to better inform guests.

It is an amazing property and would love to visit again. Very well maintained, very good food, huge and spacious rooms, open views

Only fault that I can remove is the staff i was traveling with my mum who cannot walk a lot. Our Villa was far from the reception gate hence requested them to open another gate which was in front of our villa but was refused. leaving this i was quite happy with the whole experience

Excellent location with own access to the beach and town centre. Beautiful well-kept gardens with many water features and pool area. We had a spacious apartment, with separate kitchen area that had beverage making facilities and a fridge plus a separate room with wardrobe that we used as a dressing room.

Would have been nice if the kitchen area had a few plates , dishes and cutlery so we could self cater on occasion. But I guess as they have a restaurant they are reluctant to do that.

If you want to stay in North Goa, in premium, budgeted resort, Santana is a best option. This was my 5th stay in 5 years and next year, it will be my 6th for sure. Staff are very courteous, property is super clean, rooms are big and clean. This is the first time I stayed with my parents and extended family. They also liked the property very much. Also, Calamari, next to Santana is a best option for dinner.

Hotel should start early check-in facilities. Also, priorities should be given to elders and small children. I think thats the component hotel has to work on. I came early at around 9am and requested for a room atleast for my twins, but they refused. Same time one more family was there and we could not get any space to sit near reception, so we sat on the benches at the bar for 3 hours. Two things that hotel has to work on - 1) provide early checkin in special cases and extend the space for reception which looks congested if more family come at the same time, 2) increase the breakfast spread which is very monotonous.

Gr8 place to stay.

I did not like it when a couple of my family members were told that they could not visit my room to change after returning from a swim at the beach. I had paid good money to stay there. Its not a boarding school. Its a resort. And I should expect visitors of guests staying at the resort be allowed to be able to visit the guest in their room on approval of the residing guest.

Location at the beach, very nice and helpful staff, nice pool. Room was quite big, clean. Good food in the hotel restaurant. Breakfast: mainly local food.

The room was spacious and clean. This was my second stay in the property. The breakfast spread was sumptuous and yummy. Every room had an additional bed so the room could accommodate 3 adults along with a child.

I was expecting the ground floor and first floor room setting, which I got in the previous stay. I was slightly disappointed to get a different room setup.
