Staff and Breakfast. The staff was very courteous and welcoming. The breakfast spread was very good. Really enjoyed the food. The rooms were clean. The staff, however, was the highlight of our stay. Young team of highly professional people, ever willing to help

For a business hotel with a twin room, the glass toilet is not appropriate. Also, when there are two guests, the hotel should put two sets of toiletries. Access to liquid soap and moisturiser dispenser near the wash basin was difficult due to the bathtub. The plug of the iron was larger than the plug points available in the room. .

It's a luxury hotel, very close to the DLF Cybercity business complex. The rooms are big, with a comfortable bed and a decent-sized desk. The bathroom is very big, having both a bathtub and a large shower. There's a spacious wardrobe for clothes, with an ironing board and an iron. They have cleaning services, as well as room service. The breakfast is in the Waterside restaurant, which is open 24/7 and has a large selection of dishes, both Indian and international. There's also a spa, with decent prices for massages and other procedures.

In my room (#256), the shower drain could not get the water out fast enough, so it would overflow into the bathroom, in front of the sink. The hose going to the shower head was also very rigid, making it hard to adjust the position.

The hotel was one of the best travel experience I’ve had recently. The staff were excellent and can’t be commended enough. Breakfast spread was par excellence and the coffee barista is to be complimented for the fresh ground coffee. The room and facility was kept spotlessly clean and the staff helped any way they could.

The traffic outside and roadworks construction was bothersome. Basic facilities like headache pills and regular consumables were hard to get because convenience stores are hard to find nearby. The hotel didn’t have one as far as I know.

Pros : I stayed in Room 362 ( twin room with a view of the city) and 159 ( single occupancy with view of the swimming pool ) - hot water option was exceptional in both and both rooms of different rates were maintained well Environmentally friendly :Two glass bottles of water are available in the room ; NON-SMOKING room and designated areas for smoking !!! Cafe at the waiting area with quick and delightful service from Promod Continental breakfast where everything was served hot or made to order -staff were busy but always running around to bring comfort to the guests Courteous restaurant staff and reception staff Swimming pool , Spa , Gymnasium available KFC is walkable distance from the hotel Event halls are quite spacious Bathrooms in the hotel are well maintained at any time Hotel is flexible with timings for Check- in and Check- out , esp if the reason is genuine

Cons: Reception staff not knowledgeable on local attractions of Chennai - for tours and tourism No car service available at the hotel In -hotel/room -service ,dining quite expensive No travel desk or business centre accessible or available

Property is very nice - rooms are all very nice; clean luxurious. Bathroom is very nice.

Staff at front desk have no customer service. I was travelling with my family, we are 4 adults and only 2 adults are allowed in each room. I booked two rooms. It clearly shows on booking.com that I have booked 2 rooms. Staff says they only got booking for one room. She offers no solutions like "Okay, let me see, let me talk to my manager." She simply says call booking.com and says they are fully booked other than that 1 room. We are checking in at 8pm. While travelling, we don't have phone service to call booking.com head office in the Netherlands. Finally, after negotiating and argument, she finds a second room for us.

All was fine and even a little bit exceeded my impressions. Very modern and clean hotel with very friendly staff. Close to Chennai Trade Center. Also, there's a nice PUMA outlet near the hotel. I will never forget our dinners at the outdoor terrace and the great performance of Cohiba Ensemble from Cuba (you guys rule!). The rooms are equipped with everything needful. In the spacious bathroom there's a bath and a shower separately. Lots of dishes are served for breakfast.

The location leaves much to be desired (nothing interesting nearby, no sights). During our stay shortcuts occurred at the hotel from time to time (maybe because of heat and working AC systems). If there could be more usual European food for breakfast, that would be just perfect. Overall, the food at the hotel restaurants is very fresh and delicious. There's a strange internal rule at the hotel: only 100 USD maximum can be exhanged a day per person.

Superb hotel. We stayed in this hotel for the second time. Big spacious rooms, several restaraunts with tasty food, swimming pool and gym. There was a nice live music at the roof restaraunt. In rooms you have everything what's needed for comfortable stay and rest. In one word, highly recommended.

Transfer services offered by the hotel might be a bit too expensive.

Very nice hotel with friendliness of staff from the moment you got out of taxi. Breakfast had ample choices of food for all palates and was plentiful. Room was very comfortable and well equipped for our needs. Very helpful staff who helped us with our onward travel plans. Would stay again and highly recommend the Feathers a Radha.

Location good for airport but transportation required to take you to any sights or places required. Not a complaint just an observation.

I liked the hotel overall, its good for couples. The facilities were really top notch.

The washroom curtains are still kinda see through. From sides one may clearly see inside. They are good for couples and friends. not family. If you go with friends of the opposite gender. Then the washroom might help spark something between you and your friend😂jokes apart. I loved everything else. Price was very reasonable. Lastly yeah the pillows please have extra smaller ones.

This isn’t the property’s fault but the traffic was a nightmare took ages to get to it , not easy to get in or out
