Breakfast was excellent. The F&B staffs were excellent. Overall Dining experience is awesome . Room was very big with big balcony, which has an wow factor. Cleanliness of the room was very very nice along with the second service . Amenities in the room along with ample drinking water supply and fantastic Tea was awesome. The whole front office team was excellent. Moreover the security personnel are also very nice. The bell desk people are also very nice, they communicate good. Overall experience was very very good.

BEING AWAY AND OUT, LITTLE DIFFICULTTO REACH PROPERTY . HOWEVER EVERYTHING GETS COMPENSATED BY ITS LOCATION AND SURROUNDINGS,LAND SCAPING AND TASTEFUL COLLECTIONS OF STATUES, PLANTS AND BOATING IN THE LAKE .

Mayfair Lake resort is a sprawling property right beside an expansive lake, and conveniently located near Swami Vivekananda Airport, Raipur. The rooms are spacious, clean and well furnished with a delightful touch of luxury. The staff are competent and courteous. The food is great, and the breakfast buffet was also elaborate.

The indoor kid's play area should be better maintained. My children liked them, but the room was dusty and stinky.

Room services at club were slow and had to call few times to get things done , which does not go with image of mayfair, kindly take that into consideration!!

Friendly staff, aminities, location, spacious rooms. Meticulously designed property, keeping in mind every need of guest. Very spacious rooms. One of the best restaurants (tea pot) for enjoying delicious food and varieties. Heads off the chefs and staff. Very relaxed place as away from city. Surely visit soon.

The location is amazing and the vastness of property is great. However, due to limited seats in two of the restaurants, need to pre-book your table to avoid waiting in the lounge.

The rates of water sports and rides are very high, can be made inclusive of the stay to gain customer satisfaction.

We have come to visit our family from USA and they recommend us to stay here. Overall we lov d the stay and breakfast was the deal breaker as it had so many options and overall this stay made us feel so refreshed . Looking forward to stay again in future and recommend friends.

The Alacate service was way poor . It took us 50 min just to get our order in night for dinner and just it was 4 items in all . I requested for manager but he did not turn up and so I just left in frustration .

The room was spacious and the property had a resort feel... select eatables in the room were free which is otherwise chargeable in other hotels.

The food in the hotel was very expensive and location is far from the city. On our last day the shuttle was not available from swimming pool to our room and we had to walk a lot

A majestic stay with courteous staff. The property did exceed my expectations and it is totally worth the money. The club rooms where we stayed are huge and has all the amenities needed for a perfect stay. The food was delicious with several options to choose from. I will stay there again every time I visit Raipur.
