The room had a good view and the location of the hotel is very convenient. The rooms have AC and fan and the staff can open the window if necessary. The breakfast had pasta, sandwiches and paratha in addition to a south Indian spread. The staff were very courteous and helpful. We were traveling with family who have dietary restrictions - we requested food in room service without any chilies and the food was very tasty. We had a wonderful stay.

Stayed for a night enroute to Alleppey. The stay and the room was comfortable, staff was very friendly. It was Diwali and they let us play sparkles at the gate. Was humbled! Breakfast was ok, probably they reason there were not many guests at the hotel during Diwali. Quick check in and check out!

Staffs are very polite.Place very nearer to all tourist places at Coimbatore. Very cleanly maintained rooms.Breakfast is awesome.Good parking space.24 hours hot water.. Very hygienic rooms..We opted for a suit room..Really spacious and royal..Good for family. Very calm place..

it isa good property , staffs are excellent and breakfast ,lunch and dinner ,good food and nicely maintained with cleanliness, but rate has to belittle more to less . you can expect business people to come . but central reservation team is pathetic need to be taken control by hotel

There is no match for their exceptional service.....great staffs and clean and spacious rooms....our suite room was really spacious and was perfect for family having kids.....their hospitality was unmatchable...had great stay and I highly recommend for families to stay...

Ms. Suganthy and her team took really good care of us. Be it during the peak breakfast hours or even otherwise, we were treated well and Ms. Suganthy also ensured we could check out of the room comfortably, even if it was an hour late. Whenever we saw the staff, they were working diligent and working hard. I would like to mention her exceptional service.

Booking.com booking process was not clear about whether we should pay extra for the kids bedding as the room had a king size bed. We had booked with the correc specifications and had clearly mentioned this would be 2 adults + 2 kids, but there seems to be a miscalculation and we ended up paying extra for the bed. This was avoidable certainly.

Staff was courteous and I like that the restaurant is in front of the reception. It also had a nice Gelato stand. They accommodated every request and didn't create a fuss about another person who joined later. Helpful

located at almost center of the city, easy accessibility to various towns, quiet, clean and helpful staff. Our enquiries were answered well. Food was good. Breakfast buffet was excellent.
