It is a wonderful place, nestled amidst the serene landscapes and offering stunning views Location: Situated at a close to the prime location on The Mall, in the midst of famous Gandhi Chowk & Subhash Chowk in Dalhousie. Rooms & Amenities: The resort features 55 rooms, each equipped with modern amenities and breathtaking mountain views. Services: The amenities like a game room, 24-hour security, and conference facilities. The staff was very friendly and ready to help anytime. Recommendations: Ideal for a relaxing stay with good food and comfortable rooms, this place appears to be quite accommodating for travelers. We were in communication with Munish Sharma from the hotel from the very beginning. He ensured that our services were impeccable, assisted us with our travel plans, and made sure our stay was comfortable and hassle-free.

We really enjoyed our stay in Dalhousie, but if we had to mention something, about the game room to have the centralized heater to keep the room warm. However, everything else more than made up for it, and we had a fantastic time overall

The hotel had an amazing panoramic view of the snow capped mountains. It had central heating which made stay very comfortable despite it being very cold. Staff was very respectful and were helpful thru the stay particularly hemraj. Location is good and is walking distance to mall road.

There was nothing to dislike. The TT table and bats are a bit dilapidated.

Amazing views from the rooms. The room service and restaurant staff and exceptional and go out of their way to service you. Special mention of Mr Vijay Katoch who took very good care of my needs.

The water for shower was lukewarm at best. While the property is in a fantastic location and offers great views, the room and washroom has seen better days.

Hotel is awesome, no flaws at all. Super fast housekeeping and room service. And staff is very friendly and helpful, specially Mr. Katoch is too good personality to assist on anything you need. Breakfast is delicious with variety of items. Best thing is that all rooms are valley facing, you can see snow covered mountains all the time from your window.

In restaurant - Sharmaji will keep on offering and feeding you till your stomach is fully filled. Value for Money GM of this hotel will meet you personally and will upgrade your room if there are vacant rooms available.

Everything was at par … nothing to dislike

Professionalism, politeness and incredible hospitality of the staff. Esp the room service and restaurant personnel. The team would greet you with a smile every morning at breakfast and ensure if everything was good.

Staff members are really good. Some are really nice and making efforts. Rooms were fine. And view was good. Food quality was also good.

Breakfast menu could've had few more options to choose. Hot water wasn't available at night. Its was luke warm.

Hotel is a bit tired but well maintained. Choice of food is mostly Indian vegetarian. I missed having a beer or so.

It was a holiday plan. The property was neat and clean. Rooms were spacious with centralized heating having valley view. Staff was very polite and cooperative. Room service was quick. Food was delicious and in good quantity. Would love to visit again.
