The location of the hotel was one of its strongest selling points. The room was spacious and clean, with a modern design and comfortable amenities. There was ample storage space, and the bathroom was equipped with all the necessary toiletries. The location, room, service, facilities, and food and beverage offerings were all top-notch. The service provided by the hotel staff was exceptional. The staff members were attentive, friendly, and willing to go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The hotel offered a range of facilities that enhanced the overall experience. These included a fitness centre, swimming pool, and spa (was not operational). The food and beverage options at the hotel were excellent. The breakfast buffet was extensive, with a variety of dishes. The room service menu was diverse and offered a wide selection of dishes.

This property is simply one of the best in Dapoli. It's beautiful and is located in close proximity to a few well known beaches. It has a good sea view from the in-house restaurant called citrus and the swimming pool. The cottages are also good with specious rooms and clean bathrooms. The complimentary breakfast was also decent.

The approach from the hill to the gate was a bit steep and cars with low road grip can face challenges. Parking runs out of space at times when the hotel is full.

Great place to stay! Clean, great location and great customer service. Very easy to check in, and the chef and staff at the counter was so sweet! They were taking special care for our 1 year old, they helped her with nonspicy dalkhichdi through out our stay, that too on the house. Highly recommended!!! Had a great experience overall.

Breakfast spread was good. Food was good and tasty. Staff was courteous, service was good. Rooms were clean with excellent view of sea. Overall properly, Swimming pool was well maintained.

If you want to spend some peaceful days, go straight to Exotica Suvarna Samudra. It's a beautiful resort, with a great setting amidst nature. Top it off with great hospitality and lovely food and it makes for a memorable stay here. A must visit for any nature lover. Thanks to the Management and the staff for the nice and homely hospitality. Wonderful location with best hygienic services. Today, in the time of covid where our physical health is already taking a beating. Our mental well-being is also suffering. That’s why it becomes all the more important that we rejuvenate ourselves. Best choice for having a nice family get together in the evening and extend to a nice cosy dinner at the Casa Marina restaurant.

No accessibility to nearby shops, supermarkets or malls so you are totally disjointed with city life.

The trees in front of the pool to be trimmed a bit so one can enjoy the sea view more clearly.

I visited Dapoli for a 1 day trip and stayed at The Exotica Suvarna Samudra Resort. It is a beautiful and a perfectly maintained property in the lap of nature and a mesmerizing sea view from everywhere. Right from the time of arrival, everyone in the staff made us feel at home and took care of us in a way your own family would do. The property spells peace at every level. The food at The Casa Marina(their in-house restaurant) is delicious. The entire restaurant staff were at our service and took care of each and every thing we needed. A special thanks to everyone whose impeccable services and warm behaviour made our stay an unforgettable experience,will surely visit again.

Great Hospitality and superb Sea View. Food was tasty, Breakfast spread was very good. Staff is helpful and courteous. In room comfort was good with attached balcony overlooking the sea, Me and my husband spent most of the time watching the sea sitting in the balcony and kids loved the Swimming Pool. Receptionist is good and provided all the information about the sightseeing places.But I feel one need at least 3 nights to explore Dapoli beaches and temples, its like mini Goa for me. My demand for Jain food was also happily accepted and the chef also prepared 2 Jain items for breakfast specially for me. Overall food is delicious, best part is all the staff always ready to accommodate needs. Liked the Anjarle beach the most because of white sand and no water sports, they have some beaches nearby which also has water sports and dolphin sightseeing, We avoided that :). Will surely visit Exotica Suvarna Samudra again soon, and strongly recommend to the people looking for value for money.

Swimming pool could have been bigger, rest everything is just perfect.

Servicing is very poor.. For every order in room took more than hour and we need to follow up 3 4 times for only one order

All good . Chef is too good.

Just one drawback that there are too many lizards. Kids play area should have been better.
