We stayed one night after a late arrival at the airport. The room had everything we needed, even toothbrushes and toothpaste, which were much appreciated. Nice big comfortable bed, friendly helpful staff. Also appreciated the relatively late check out time!

We got stung with a 1000 Rupee taxi fare to the hotel. The booking.com ad was a little misleading as it placed the hotel within the airport grounds - we didn’t anticipate it was actually that close, but certainly not a 12km taxi journey. We arrived at 4am, had no internet on our phones, and had no choice but to blindly allow a taxi take us there.

Staff was helpful and eager to help. Basic amenities were all available. They also offered an in-room dining menu which was plentiful. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was basic but sufficient and delicious.

The location was not really close to airport. It was about half an hour commute. The location is on a narrow street, and surrounding area is not great for a walk or to find decent restaurants. Some amenities look tired and need refurbishment - for e.g. cupboards were not properly functional, no in-room safe, no hangers, room's door lock swipe card wasn't working so had to use a physical key for access. Staff, though eager to be helpful need more training.

This is a good accommodation for a moderate price. The location is good. The staff are friendly. The hotel is clean. the complimentary breakfast is excellent.

I didn't like the attitude of one of the receptionists. He manipulated the rating value to 10/10 without telling me. This is incorrect and should be avoided by the Hotel management.

Very clean Helpful and friendly staff Hot water 24/7 Local to many places to eat in the evening. Can order food from Local restaurant to the room. Walking distance to an amazing rock formation (check it out) Airport close (15 mins) by arranged transport (600 rupees)

Nothing of note from the hotel. Bus from Bengaluru stops near but on a motorway but you can walk 200m to cross under it or go over it . (nothing to do with property)

It's not like, it can't be called an actual airport hotel/transit because it's about 18kms from the airport. Anyway, I used their paid airport transfer for both pick up and drop off.

the staff and the hotel were welcoming and it was very clean. The meal was delicious.

No one from the hotel is present during the night to ask customers to be discreet and not to speak loudly and slam doors until very late and very early again. in short, an Indian hotel where no one cares about everyone's rest!

Top notch service received.. Rooms were properly organised and amenities were provided.. Nearest to the airport- 7km with cab services from hotel. One of the best stay I had till date & no second thought to book another stay in near future around the airport circle. Simply in one word- AMAZING

The area was okay but can't complain too much given the hotel is really good. Looking forward to staying here again during my next trip.

Rooms were good but not as shown in picture. Staff were good and friendly. Taxi to and from airport was well arranged.

The breakfast was extremely average. The hotel has no restaurant so it took time for dinner to come. Location was not good and the area was dirty with too many stray dogs.
