Great, polite and highly professional staff; reception staff was amazing in helping me organizing pick-up at the airport and booking me at about 4.00 am as well as solving few other issues during my stay. Overall structure is nice with wide spaces. Rooms are quite large and really comfortable even if some details could be improved. Bathroom is very large with a shower and bath tub; all required accessories for a business traveler are there: iron, spare tooth brush, wound plasters, shoes kit etc.. Breakfast is absolutely excellent with an extended opening time (6.30am - 10.30am) and a huge product offer as well as express cooked dishes. Restaurant is also very good (service and dishes). Stable and fast free wireless network covers the entire structure. Very good and polite security service too at entrance.

During checkout, the staff at the reception asked us to rate the hotel on a piece of paper where the ratings between 1-8 were shown in bold red. And when we gave a rating of 8 there which is already pretty high, they asked rather pressured us why we are not giving a 9 or a 10! I found it very strange because for me 9 or 10 rating requires way more and why 8 is not fine, I did not understand

We were staying at Radisson Blu Faridabad from 1st to 10th March 2023. The staff was very helpful and nice. We had a very relaxing stay and I would like to mention Mr. Naheed in particular who was very helpful and understanding with our meal preferences. I was travelling with my 72 year old mother and my 9 year old son and as you would agree, at both these ages diet is a major concern. Mr. Naheed understood our needs very well and made an effort to customise our meals to our liking. It was a very pleasant and comfortable stay knowing that my mother and my son were both very well taken care of. I celebrated my son’s birthday at the hotel premises with a lovely cake organised by Mr. Lalit. I really appreciate the efforts of Mr. Naheed, Mr. Lalit and of the entire staff in making our stay a memorable one.

The bathroom drainage needs to be looked into. Also, parlour/salon services were not operational.

Lots of parties at the hotel which meant loud music in your room when you are trying to rest or relax at the SPA.

one hour to get house slippers, twin bed booked and they gave us a double bed and then had to come back down and they changed it, bathroom door does not lock, requested for a hard bed and pillow as mattresses are over exhausted and they only changed the pillow and said they don’t have hard mattresses!! overall 6/10

The hotel is very well kept, the staff are very polite and professional. The breakfast was excellent. A special mention for the Aditya at breakfast and the doorman (who helped us with a rather unfortunate incident with an uber driver).

The hotel is very strict about guests bringing their own alcohol, which is a bit strange and unfortunate, as hotel prices are exorbitant for mediocre drinks (especially wine). I think this is something the establishment should reconsider, as other Radisson hotels (i.e. in Delhi) do not have this rule.

The entire experience was amazing and It was a very pleasant and satisfied stay at the hotel. Khushboo from your restaurant was outstanding who made the Breakfast experience extraordinary. Tejasvi at the front dest is definately an asset to your hotel coz not only did she welcome at the time of checkin.. but she was allways very pleasant and more than helpful when ever we called the reception. I am a very frequent traveler and i would rate very high on my over all experience with my stay here.. Cheers!! to the entire team here

I hated booking.com for showing this hotel as 1 mile away from knowledge park 2nd phase and this created a lot of inconvenience

I use this hotel 2/3 times a year for business trips and have done for some years. The hotel scores 5/5 for amenities and helpful staff. Uttam in the restaurant is particularly good. He is professional, his English is good, he is not in your face when dining but is always available to help, especially when other staff find it difficult to understand your requirements. I know I will receive excellent service when Uttam is around.

Breakfast and dinner are very good and have lots of choices. One of my concerns was the food, but there is a very adequate dinner and breakfast.

The waiters are very attentive, but some of them put a lot of pressure to be mentioned in reviews/reviews. I've been here twice and both times my room card gave me an error.

Great hotel, helpful staff, good breakfast. I got a free room upgrade thanks for that. Special thanks to Mr. Binod, he is the very supportive and always friendly door man.
