The location is good; close to the airport. The concierge service is very prompt & one can avail it to easily. The buffet breakfast is excellent but it seems the restaurant is understaffed especially during peak hours.

Being a five star property, one expects all the services to be top notch. When we asked about the laundry service for delivery in 12 hours, we were told that we would be charged 1.5 times the normal rate. We haven’t heard this kind of response from any other five star properties we had stayed in.

Above all, the service in the hotel deserves a score of 10. The location of the hotel is perfect for me because the companies I work with are 10 minutes' drive from the hotel. The breakfast, as well as the buffet offered by the hotel, is perfect, and I have yet to say enough about the professionalism of the staff in the restaurant! The choice of food for breakfast is more than enough! and in addition, you can choose something special and the staff, the chefs will meet you!

I have stayed at many hotels around the world, including those rated 5 stars. This hotel would rate as one of the “very best” I’ve stayed at. It’s not overly luxurious but very well appointed. The Crowne Plaza Gurugram exudes a wonderful ambiance coupled with incredible service. Moreover, breakfast and dinner options and food quality is amazing. If you are travelling to Gurugram for business -stay here! You won’t be disappointed. I congratulate the hotel’s management for offering a truly special hotel experience.

I stayed here for 2 nights with my mum and it was just a real treat to have such a comfortable and lovely hotel to stay at after all the travelling around India. The decor is great, the beds are super comfy. The toilet seat is even heated it's just lovely. Massive bath tubs. I've stayed in a few crowne plazas in the UK but this one beats them all. The staff are lovely also very helpful. Only 25mins from airport so good place for each access to your flight. The food is great, I had struggled on this whole trip as my body doesn't do to well with spices and I have a dairy allergy. The breakfast was great, a great range of international dishes, fruits and continental. Dinner was also great, from a cold bar, to Indian and Asian dishes. Kebabs. I'm vegan and have a dairy allergy, the chefs came over to me and explained all foods in th3 buffet that are free of dairy and if I wanted them to make me anything they would. The spa is lovely also, nice way to de stress as Delhi can be hectic. My mum and I have aroma massages and scalp massages. They were great. Thank you. Only Downfall is there is a club of some sort close by, you can see all the lights from our room and the music is so loud, goes on till a out 3am I could still here. Nothing they can do though. Also I would ask for the music in the bar when you first enter the hotel to be a bit more chilled and quieter. I love my music but sometimes it's hard to think when sorting things at reception and all you need is some nice background music not loud rap music lol. Thank you, I'd definitely stay again.

The jacuzzi could definitely be hotter in the spa.

A delightful hotel to stay in at the end of our holiday in India. Lovely to have the pool and spa; the room was very comfortable (apart from the air con - see below) and the hotel staff couldn’t have been more helpful and welcoming. The concierge was brilliant and sorted a quick last minute shopping trip with a driver to a tailor nearby, which was exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommend.

There was a problem with the air con in our room, which took several hours to fix - very hot! - but the staff were friendly and helpful, and they did manage to fix it in the end.

This was a lovely hotel. The facilities were great and the rooms were nice.

I arrived without a booking from the airport and was told there were no rooms. So I sat in reception and booked via this app and then went back to reception and they welcomed me!! It may well be a security or cultural thing but it is worth knowing not to turn up to a hotel in this area without a booking.

Location, Food, Rooms, Lounges and Lobby.

During Breakfast time the Cafe G is too crowded, in between they merge conference guests to the same area where resident guests have breakfast buffets. Which obviously makes it Noisy, overcrowded and messed up servings ( This happened today morning 4th Dec)

The hotel provides several interesting facilities such as gym,swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna ,spa ,conference rooms and many others. Staffs comprises of a young promising team who did their best. Very helpful always. Special thanks to Nitin, Ankit, Alankrita and Lalit.

No welcome drink was served to guests when we checked in. When there are special events more staffs working in restaurant must be mobilised.

Amazing! One of the best hotels I satyed at. Rooms were so clean and smelled good as well which was a bonus. The hotel has all the facilities like swimming pool, lounge, spa, gym etc inside. Me and my husband just loved pur stay here. Would love to go back again for a relaxing weekend. :)

The Ambience is great a good vibe. , The Staff were very polite & helpful. The staff attending at Breakfast were very attentive taking care of every detail . The Manager Sumit Kumar and Pooja his assistant were always ready to serve us and made sure we felt at home .
