Ambience was good

I had booked the hotel 1 month prior my stay with full payment and wen I informed that I wld dine in thr which is so obvious as I was staying thr on dec31st night it was weird for me to hear that they want to block some money from my credit card as a safe deposit to wards my in house facilities. wat a hypocrisy... I said that wl b cleared during the time of checkout but insisted on the card block than finally the staff agreed that on no credit basis u can have dine in and clear the cheque there only which I agreed to. And as it was jan 1st the staff insisted to block and reserve table in advance that too with full payment for me n my daughter which I did. Spread was lavish was dj was not great not expected such a behavior from so called Novotel.

Firstly, I booked this hotel as its nearby to airdrop and that was the main reason but when I checked in Isha manager responsible for many things gave me a complimentary premium lounge access the staff was very courteous in the lounge they served cocktails beers n whiskey I was awestruck at the fast service by the staff they were very friendly and asked me every ten minutes if am fine with the service or not they even bought me fresh corn salad which was complimentary I will recommend Novotel airport to anyone who wants to stay here and I thank Dinesh n isha for the hospitality. Thank you so much will surely book n stay at this hotel

I rarely leave reviews, but this hotel exceed my expectations. Looking at the rating, i had my doubts. But aparently I got an upgrade - for ex.: i didn't pay for breakfast but they offered it as complimentary. My room had 0 issues. Clean, no strange smells, nothing unfunctional, all needed amenities + more, the mattress was soft but to my liking, wifi ok. Staff friendly and helpful.

The price is on the high side, but that's bc no competition in the area. Furniture a bit old, but completely functional, compensates with walls probably being freshly painted, and all clean.

What happened today has made me forever fan of Novotel Hyderbad and i shall always remain indebted to the hotel staff and it management. Where do I begin? I have always been staying here whenever I am in Hyderabad and today was one of those days again when I am back from a tiring day and have to catch and early morning flight at 4. I got out or the lift and kept my purse at the console. ... AND FORGOT IT THERE. I went to the room and remembered it only an hour later. I went back to get it AND IT WAS NOT THERE :(((((( I reported it to hotel operator and she told me she will revert. I was perplexed and went to hotel lobby immediately. The security manager Mr Durga was immediately available along with the duty Manager. They guided me to security room and for next one hour patiently scanned, identified and took videos to identify the woman. They tracked her and got my purse back. Let me put it, the person was definitely not trying to steal but thought someone want from the event had forgot so kept it as safekeeping. I do not have enough word to express my gratitude towards excellence in service from the hotel staff. Their diligence and patience along with an eagerness to help to save hotel reputation was clearly visible. Thank you so much everyone I am so thankful and happy. Breakfast and dinner were very good! Especially breakfast buffet with the variety of very Indian dishes that I much enjoy. Also the option for spiciness for any dish was something I like about it. I really liked the quietness of the whole hotel and that the transportation to and from the hotel was complimentary! Great service!!

Nothing I could think of!

The hotel is comfortable and very close to the airport and its location is quiet. The lunch buffet is better than breakfast.

. The spa has good services, but the spa’s air conditioning is very cold and they do not have control over the air conditioning. The room's floor needs more cleaning, as I made sure to clean the floor several times, but the dust is still there

The Location of the hotel is very close to the airport just 5-10 min but quit far away from the city center but it depends your choice. The facility is quit good and very clean. Breakfast is varies but mostly is local menu.

The hotel is far away from the city center and mall. I cannot go outside the hotel without the vehicle.

Location, it was quiet, beautiful breakfast and the interior design lovely. Good the hotel had 24 hr checkin as got in at 2am.

A lot of pollution in the air and didn’t feel like using pool or going for a walk around the hotel. This is not the hotels fault and feel sorry for the state of pollution in India.

Great property and always a great stay.

The duty manager refused to accept the 10% discount shown on the booking.com room selection on food and beverages. A young lady who wasn't at her friendly best. Not a good sign in the hospitality industry. Eventually the next duty manager accepted the same and apologised for the inconvenience.

Good service, nice pool, clean, good.location, kind staff and nice food in the restaurant

Check in took a bit long. On the photos the bed looked larger than it was when we got there. On the photo is was 2 double beds but the rooms was on queen bed from what we could see.
