Front office Executives,it's been 10 years since I have been visiting this property but this time I had a very bad experience. Check in process - The worst. No Regional channels available in DTV. Requested for early check in , Executive named Alveoli responded, once the existing customer checks out we will provide you rooms with a arrogant way of expressing the statement saying wait we will give room by 2 PM as per the check-in time or if you want to go somewhere go and come. She doesn't bother to listen. At the same time another executive named Dileep responded, we will charge you extra and that's common I have agreed but couldn't arrange. NO reputed hotels will operate 100 % occupancy.

It was a very Good location with all facilities......

We were made to wait for a long long time after our Arrival. This is inspite of informing them of our early Arrival. We found that in front of us a number if other Guests were being given vacant rooms. But it took a long time to allott us the room. Simply a Disgusting experience. Had they informed us earlier , We would have chosen a different Hotel.

The TV in room No. 818 was non-functional. Despite reporting the matter no action was taken, though I was told that maintenance team will do the needful. Also I asked for a empty coffe mug which not provided despite the lady at the other telling me that she would sending it. This type of service/attitude at a star hotel is not called for and needs to be addressed at the earliest and the employee responsible for this should be given a stern warning. Action taken may be intimated.

Breakfast and location was very good, the hotel facilities are also very good. The room is very comfortable, The AC couldn't be set on a specific temperature, its either at 18 degrees or you will have to switch it off, the AC controllers in room doesnt work.

The staff could be better.

Awesome service provided by radisson I had travelled a lot all around the country as i was in hyderabad for long time and i visited lots of hotels but radisson is having some more focus on the guest needs as well as there staff are totally amazing specially kamal in housekeeping who always care to every guest i dont lnow how is managing the all stuff and there staff are also happy with him thanks to the hole team of hk to make my stay more comfortable and memorable

Hotel is well placed with all modern facilities enabled. Overall a good experience.

There was a conference scheduled on 27th Jan. The hotel could have arranged for the breakfast for in-house guests at a separate area. It was a crowded lobby during breakfast hours with too many people moving around. Looked a bit messed up.

Rooms were clean Food was very good. Location was good.

Children room & Parents room was not interconnected. Children room beds were not king size bed, whereas Room rent was taken same as Parents room. We had to tell to apply room freshener as room was not smelling fresh.

The front Desk staff was most courteous and helpful, commendable job done by him to arrange an alternative swiftly! In fact got a better deal at Grand Hyatt close by.

We had booked the 3 room for the top management of our firm, on arriving, was told no bookings showing, then told will arrange another place at an extra charge, the front desk was most affable and courteous! But the question is, why were our rooms given to another person/s? That makes the experience bad after a day in meetings etc. Feedback for the app- in the even the rooms are given to someone else, atleast inform the person booking of the same, rather than a shock on arriving at the Hotel!

The ambience is good

The food was ok.. could have been better Less spicy does not mean no salt ... Also, the food should be served hot .. which was not I do expect a certain level to be maintained by a brand like Radisson blu Rest was ok.. the room was perfect to stay at Thank you!

the food at the property is really nice and good value for money.

wait time at reception was almost 2 hours even after requesting for an early check-in days in advance and was not even offered tea, coffee or water as courtesy to the guest waiting at the lobby area and didn’t bother to give the rooms until we went and followed up if rooms were available or not.
