I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Balcony Hotel in Hyderabad, and I can confidently say it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the outstanding customer service provided by the staff. They were warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail, ensuring that my stay was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel itself is impeccably clean, which is always a top priority for me when choosing accommodation. The spaciousness of the rooms is another highlight; I felt right at home with plenty of room to move around. The ambiance is both modern and comfortable, making it the perfect retreat after a long day of exploring the city. Room was spacious. Dedicated bed was there for the kid and king size bed for adults. Toiletries were given. Towels and linens were clean. Water kettle with varities of coffee and tea were there. All swithes, 2 fans and ac were in good working condition . Staff were really good and helpful, yet not behind any tips. 3 variety of tasty food, tea and coffee were there for breakfast.

Location is average. Roads are dirty. Since it had rained recently, puddles were there. Good hotel with excellent staff, but in bad location. We took auto or cab for sight seeing so, impact was less for us. Those who come with their car may have a problem with limited parking.

Very friendly staff, clean premises, rooms washroom, simple yet delicious complimentary breakfast. staff was also very flexible regarding check-in/check-out times.

if you're going to visit the famous places of Hyderabad like charminar, Salar-Jung museum, ramoji film city, it's very far from this hotel. it takes around 1 hour to get to the places amidst traffic. but apart from this everything else was superb

The room was big with lots of storage. The room was clean, AC was good, the beds were comfortable, the wifi was also good. The bathroom was also spacious and clean. The geyser was in good condition. The AC was probably leaking on the first day but they repaired on request. They provided water bottles and also toilet kits and dental kits.

1. The shower was not working. We also didn't raise complaint, rather managed without it. 2. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant. It gets food from a next door restaurant on order. 3. Since it doesn't have a restaurant, the breakfast options are limited to idli dosa or something of that sort which they probably deliver in the room. I will suggest them not to include any food option in their package and reduce the price if possible accordingly. 4. The approach road to the hotel and the area around are not impressive. Lots of construction works going on. Though the hotel cannot help anything in this regard.

It is a great place. The property is very new and thus everything was working properly, during my stay, I hope they maintain the same over time. The staff is polite and well mannered. Even though they dont have a restaurant, they managed to serve a descent breakfast and have made tie-ups with neighbouring restaurant that delivers to your room.

I travelled during rains, and the roadjust outside of the property was absolutely sunken under water. At first when I arrived, i felt I made a grave mistake but after entering into the hotel, it felt good.

The rooms are quite spacious , The Property is very clean . Front office person was good in terms of listening to the guest which I liked . Over all the room size is very big which i don't think so anyone else is offering at this price . Breakfast was good ,limited variety but it was nice . It's a complete value for money for the price what one is paying here .

The balcony the concept on which it has been named does not meet the expectations . Adjoining the building has been constructed so one cannot really enjoy the balcony experience. The balcony simply exist but does not give any kind of good experience so I feel the name does not live upto it .

Convenient location near the HiTech Metro. Good Breakfast, check-in was very swift. Well equipped and functional bathroom

Strong scents in the room. A very strong scent of cigarettes, air spray, cleaning agents and naphthalene balls, I'm not entirely sure whether it's safe for long term exposure

Staff are very friendly, espcially Prashant bhai. He was very helpful and always smiling creating a nice atmosphere and making us feel at home.

More varieties of dishes must be made available ; especially for foreigners who are not used to spicy food.

Great budget hotel with lots of service. Complimentary breakfast and clean rooms. Plenty of facilities like hot water, wifi and water bottles. No restaurant though but you can order on Swiggy and Zomato. We liked it so much that we extended our stay. Road to hotel is a bit bumpy and there's construction ongoing nearby but definitely recommended for a family on a budget.

We had a nice stay, comfortable clean room, spacious and comes with decent basic amenities. For the money one pay it's paisa vasool. Location wise also it's good and accessible to anywhere in the city. All in all if one is looking for budget hotel, go for this.

There is no road in front of the hotel, problem occurs moreif it rains.
