The location and staff service. The management and staff were very cooperative to accommodate additional requests during stay. Food there is gastronomic delight and chefs personally attend guests to incorporate suggestions given by guests.

Pool hygiene. No display of pool etiquettes. Guests entering pool without taking shower and even a few not in proper swim wear. Pool attendant is not assertive to advise guests to adhere to pool etiquettes. Pool may be covered with net to avoid Bird droppings. Pool is not temperature controlled.

1.Location of the hotel. 2.Rooms are spacious enough. 3.Had illness/dysentery during my stay management helped escorting us to the nearest hospital about a km away early in the morning.

1. Unwillingness of the chef to prepare kadi, was asked to follow a curated diet after the illness. 2. Had booked a room option which mentioned 20 percent off from booking.com it turns out while checking out the discount is only available on lunch and dinner buffetts. Not on in room dining. It would be more transparent if it's mentioned whilst booking.

Good clean hotel. Smooth check in and check out. Constellation. Restaurant was really good. Did visit other restaurants but didn’t have time to eat. The quality of food in constellation was really good. The staff to mention a few Bharat Anil Deepak Rimchum Khushi Kaur Devesh Sunil chef were all very helpful.My wife has garlic allergy. Her food was specially cooked and she loved it too.

Wide-spread Breakfasts and even the dinners we had at the Hotel were of superb quality and taste. Floor staff and the chefs were very courteous and attended to our needs. We interacted with floor staff Nitin, Deepika and Chef Rakesh Gupta. And security guard Hyrudaya. They are very service-oriented and caring.

I asked for a higher floor which was declined.

The property is one of the finest properties i have stayed in , i was travelling for business and it was near my meeting point . it comes under a 4 star category but the architecture, interiors , rooms and service is top notch and is no way under 5 star . The property is very well maintained and even the basic room is big enough and clean . i ordered room services 2-3 times and everytime the food was delivered within 15-20 mins plus whenever i asked for toiletaries , water or towel change the bell boy delivered it within minutes. I recommend this property to everyone who is travelling to Indore .

Nice location. Breakfast was good.Provided many options.Room dinning service was bit slow.

But some important missing were no conditner shampoo and body wash in seperate form . One bottle was there written all three are same. Saw first time in any hotel what a cost cutting

I would say the staff is very supportive, I had an incident inside hotel at around 3am I got really sick and requested the hotel staff to take me to the hospital, they took me to hospital and took care of everything I needed at that time, plus the manager supported me like I am his family member, really a good experience in wow.

Airport drop off and other car hire related services are very expensive compared to outside providers.

The buffet was nice with lots of options to choose from. And the staff here is really good. We went for my wife's birthday and they made it special by decorating the room and the birthday cake which was delicious. Thank you vijay and shruti for the surprise. Would highly recommend this hotel.

I liked the co-operativeness of the staff. They were very helpful and took care of all oir needs. Proper hygeine and cleanliness was maintained every single day. The location was beautiful Overall i loved it

I didnt like the overpricing of dining food. The taste of the food wasnt worth the price of it
