Our stay in Marigold Inn Homestay was perfect. Comfortable room and meals on the roof top were great. Above all we felt taken care of. Contact with the owner was so interesting and inspiring. Janu responds quickly and helps with transfer from Delhi. We had nice trip from airport with Ram. Hotel staff was very helpful. Our stay was enriched by Imran, tuk tuk driver, who accompanied us in sightseeing. He is great man with sense of humour and knowledge about everything what you need in Jaipur. Gave good advices and show the best place with traditional masala chai :) Invaluable help at the end of your stay in the city. Helped us at the train station. Thanks very very much. -excellent stay -would happily stay again -staff are amazing and go out of their way to help -the kitchen and cook were super good and we had evening meals a few times in the hotel which were the best meal ever -initially disappointed with location (it is not in a posh/ upmarket location) but after travelling all over Jaipur, realised that it gave very very good access through metro and public transport to all areas. If your stay is for touring the city and need clean comfortable accomodation than this is the best you will get for this price.

The Hotel is in new city, outside central downtown, but easily accessible by metro. It’s in a very quiet & safe area. Rooms are large and homey. Breakfast & dinner was cooked fresh & tasted yummy! The owner Janu & his crew are awesome. Nothing was too difficult for them and they were always ready to help. Janu also has a private tour company so onward trips and personalized journeys are easily arranged. We arrived without a definite plan but were given loads of suggestions for things to see and experience. A really excellent stay!!

The whole place was spotlessly clean. Excellent quality hairdryer in the room and iron . This hasn’t been the case with any other hotel in India. Janu the owner was incredibly helpful and friendly couldn’t do enough for us. Equally his brother who works there was so helpful. The delightful rooftop terrace and restaurant/ bar served amazing food with the most delightful hardworking staff it was a pleasure to be there . And as a bonus Janu has his own guide company called Janu Jaipur tours - before booking anyone else you should book him. You will not be disappointed!

Nothing it was a wonderful experience in the beautiful city of Jaipur

This is by far the best place we have stayed whilst travelling India. Everything from the food to the hospitality was perfect, the food was so delicious and blew our minds at every meal! It was always fresh and hot food despite having such a large varied menu, there are options to suit everyone. We loved enjoying a couple of beers and food on the serine rooftop that allowed us to relax away from the hustle and bustle of Jaipur. The lanterns that light up in the evening make it even more magical. Our room had all of the amenities of a 5 star hotel and were decorated as such. We slept very well in a quiet and air conditioned room, the beds were comfy and the balcony was a bonus. A special thank you to Jannu for helping, advising, and entertaining us with your fabulous stories. We feel as if we have made a true friend and are grateful for the effort you put into making your guests stay the best it can be. No request is too much! And also a very special thank you to our guide and driver Imran! You really went over and above to make us happy during our stay, I can’t thank you enough for making our days out so enjoyable, you made us feel so safe, you made us laugh, and showed us the best of Jaipur. The best guide we could have asked for. Jannu’s restaurant ‘The Curry Spoon’ is amazing so make sure you check it out! Thank you all! The place was affordable and the food provided was good. Since they had only open door dining and since that day the weather was too cold, we got room service. The people were very hospitable and helped us find the way.

The room had very little place to keep things. So it was difficult to keep things, and it was difficult to eat on the bed without a place to keep things. The rooms are close by one another so if you have a loud guest next door, it can get loud.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Room was large, clean and well kept. Breakfast on the rooftop was enjoyable. I only had 1 day in Jaipur so arranged a TukTuk Tour around the main sights through the hotel. Imran was a fantastic driver, never rushing but ensuring I got to see everything. Pick Up and Drop Off from the station was really helpful and much appreciated. I left to visit Ranthambore National Park for 2 days, and as I was returning to Marigold Inn after, they let me leave most of my luggage there which made the journey much easier.

Great location , it’s not a star hotel but the facilities are all you need for Jaipur, staff are very friendly especially the chef who’s was a star for this hotel , so polite and prep our breakfast we still talk about it. The terrace on the roof was a great addition where we spend lots of time .

There was bit cold in the room on arrival but the staff organised straight to way extra heaters

Pick-up from the airport around midnight by our driver Jeetu was a breeze. Our room was clean, and sufficiently spacious. We slept very well in this bed. Freshly prepared breakfasts on the roof-top terrace in the company of green parrots were very nice. Host Janu gave us great suggestions which places to visit. Amazing value for the price.

More varied breakfast options would have been appreciated.

The Hotel: Rooms are spacious, welcoming, well designed and impeccably clean. The decor is subtle yet traditional and quite inviting. Air conditioner, WiFi network, shower heater and water pressure all worked well. It really does feel like a home away from home. The Stay: The bed was SO comfortable providing a great night’s rest after sightseeing all day. Rooftop restaurant and views were a nice touch given the beautiful sunset. The building is situated on a safe, secure and quiet street. Tuk Tuk rides are offered by Marigold Inn at a fare price and you’re an Ola/Uber ride away from farther destinations. Under a 30-minute ride from Jaipur International Airport. The Service: The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They were always available to answer questions and offer recommendations. Everyone really went out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay and even facilitated printouts of some travel documents I needed for the next leg of my trip (special thanks for this). They also offer day tours of Jaipur’s vibrant street and landmarks. 10/10 would recommend!

Nothing of significance. Several reviewers mention the distance from some of the main attractions you’d associate with Jaipur. This didn’t bother me at all as nothing is out of reach. Personally? I’ll take peace of mind of having a quality stay over central locations any day.
