The Hotel management could immediately arrange sightseeing facilities at a good price. We took a suit room that was spacious and value for money. Room was clean and maintained well.

There were some alteration work that was going on during our stay. The drilling noise was very disturbing during our afternoon rest hours. Specific timing for maintanence work make stay comfortable. Breakfast spread was ok (not extravagant and all) that it could have been complimentary as we were asked to pay separately for it.

Hotel traditional decoration is just awesome! The views from the rooftop terrace (which also includes a small pool and a bar) are great. Clean, cozy, nicely traditional styled, and very spacious rooms. Clean bedsheets and towels (sanitized, they smelled bleach). Cleaning and change of towels/bedsheets properly made on request (without requesting, the personnel will not enter your room). Great location, easy to reach to most tourist attractions in Jaipur, in taxi (Uber) or tuk-tuk, with some restaurants, small stores, and a small market nearby. The restaurant has a very good chef, food is just delicious and variated. Pretty generous breakfast. All staff was very kind, professional, and responsive. Nice and clean massage facilities.

The mattress was too hard for my preferences. However, when I commented this to the receptionist at checkout, he told me that they were ready to change the mattress for me with a softer one, if I had asked upon arrival. Also, I booked a 60' massage and the masseuse only did for 45' (I was the last client for the day and I guess she was impatient for going home as soon as possible).

Everything in the hotel was incredible. This was one of our favorite hotels during our travel in India (we went to 7 cities). Highly recommend, you won't regret staying here!

Driver tour guide pulled over for 45 min to drink tea while we were on the clock. The hotel itself was incredible, the driver was quite poor - poor English (not expected) and manners. He was pushy to make us go drink tea where he wanted to go even though we had no desire to drink tea.

The welcomHeritage staff were fantastic! Sameer and Mamuni were very warm and hospitable. There was a wonderful bar in the basement and one or the waiters (not sure his name) was very nice and knowledgeable - we visited him every night prior to going out and got drinks. He would tell us stories about the history of the beautiful city and made us laugh.

We did find some mold in the the first room they provided us but as soon as we showed them they changed our room immediately.

Property looked royal straight out of the movies and exactly like how the photos were. It was a value for money overall to stay with friends or family.

The bathroom was a lil run down, could use some remodelling and lighting could have been better. The service was average, some requests had to be repeated a couple of times before it was done. The room we booked was for 4 pax yet beds weren't prepared until we were there and repeated the request.

A very traditional yet modern touch, the property has. It was surely picturesque. Breakfast - Good spread of breakfast (buffet). A variety of food was kept in their in-house restaurant 'Zaika'. Clean, hygienic, and tasty options. Room - We stayed for 2N in the Suite (Queen-White) room. The room was very spacious and had a separate bathroom with a walk-in area for dressing up. Dinner - They have an ala carte option for dinner, again in the in-house restaurant 'Zaika'. Super yummy and authentic Indian cuisine options to try from.

Wish dinner too had a buffet option. Not complaining though :)

Beautiful hotel. It is not an original Haveli but looks just like it. Great places to take photos throughout the hotel. The restaurant in the hotel was a decent option for breakfast and dinner if you don't to venture out. We had a spa treatment while there and while the massage was great, the room was opposite the front of the hotel and you could hear men talking and having drinks outside which did not add to relaxing atmosphere. All in all a good stay for the price.

The bathroom would smell, i think it was the pipes. Had to have the fan on and window open at all times to avoid. In the lobby area the smoking section was right outside the door so it smelled horrible anytime we sat downstairs. these are minor inconveniences that do not take much away from the beauty and comfort of the hotel

The property is excellent, the room was really spacious, and the four poster bed in our room was fit for a king and very comfortable The linen was clean and there was plenty of hot water and the bathroom had all he basic toiletries one needed. The air conditioning was awesome, we had to put it off at night. Food was very good, right from the traditional "Lal Mas Rajasthani mutton curry, to the Jodhpur paranthas and the Chinese food was excellent. There is a huge variety of dishes for breakfast and unlimited helpings. The antique furniture throughout the haveli made you feel as if you were in a different era. You can get tuk tuks right outside the hotel if you want to explore the city in a tuk tuk. The staff is very attentive and you get personalized attention for your smallest request. Would recommend to all looking for a relaxing getaway which gives you value for money.

The bathrooms should have had an exhaust fan otherwise everything was just right.

I loved it . It will become my hotel in Jaipur.

We had a good stay at the Welcomeheritage. The staff was nice and helpful. The decoration inside is beautiful. The food was good as well, especially dinner. Good value for money. Overall, despite a few minor things that can be improved, we would stay at the WelcomHeritage again.

While generally clean, it felt like some surfaces had not been throurougly cleaned. The pool was a bit of a letdown. There should be something installed so that pigeons cannot rest above the pool area as they would defecate in the pool and around. Our bathtub did not have a curtain in our bathroom. We could hear/feel the beat from the bar area in our room, which is not ideal in a hotel venue at night.
