We have stayed at Radisson properties on numerous occasions in the past and hence were aware of what to expect from a Radisson group of hotels. And to be honest, Radisson Blu Jammu did not disappoint. We arrived at 5 a.m. in Jammu and I called them up to enquire if we could come early and leave our baggages and freshen up. Without any hesitation they welcomed us with a smile. They even offered us free Wi-Fi, while we were freshening up, which is given only after the allotment of rooms. After freshening up we left for breakfast at Pahalwan’s Jammu. The standard check-in time is 3 p.m. at Radisson Blu Jammu. However, they managed to check us in at 11 a.m. Brilliant customer service, especially Kunal. The breakfast too was pretty good the following day. Standard 5 Star buffet menu. I would highly recommend this hotel to anybody visiting Jammu. Conveniently located and well maintained.

There was nothing to dislike.

Not that Jammu is crowded by pretty locations, but this did not have one either, which is not a priority to us. Sometimes coming to a 'cookie cutter' chain hotel is not such a bad thing - you get what you know you will - and this Blu was also satisfying. The common areas were pleasant, clean and usable, the staff everywhere attentive. They were willing to help with business centre activities too. The room was standard- and that's not such a bad thing when you don't how a particular city's standards are...but then, it was a Radisson. The room size, cleanliness, furnishings and bathroom fixtures were really good. The breakfast too was a standard 'west meets east meets south' buffet - good. Unfortunately we did not dine in-house.

All good. Wouldn't want to give suggestions where we were satisfied customers, and this Blu has been as good as the others we've stayed at.

The room was good and spacious. The food was good. Staff was very courteous.

I had not included Breakfast in my package as I had fast on Friday. At the time of checkout I just asked for one piece of Banana but I was refused and said it will be charged for complete cut fruit rates. I said NO. I had booked a suit room. One Banana was refused. Did't like this

The entire staff of the hotel starting from the reception until the room service was pretty amiable and polite. Room service was optimal. I would especially mention the staff at reception who has offered us the room at 1 pm whereas the check in starts @3 pm.

The check-in time is 3 pm !! I mean, how on earth can this be justified ? What logic does it make ? And ice on the cake was, this rule of Radisson is only applicable in India! Why ? I would never ever book this hotel if I need a check in before 3 pm. It was my luck, that I got it checked in at 1 pm, but there isn't any guarantee. Secondly, for tourist, this hotel is bit far away from the main Raghunath Market of Jammu. So if you have your own vehicle, well and good, else you need to pay all the time a hefty amt in commute.

Staff was good, property is good. Breakfast and dinner spread was good.

Price was high ! I feel the price is more on the higher side. Breakfast should be complimentary, instead if breakfast is included , price adds on. My request for upgrading the package to include dinner was not considered and the Raddison Team pushed it on Booking.com and Booking.com team pushed it on Raddison. Nobody took responsibility and made other party responsible for package up gradation. This is not exptected. Also the manage at Raddison Blu came across to be a rude person.

Good options for both veg/non-veg guests. Most of the staff were polite

SPA prices were exorbitant. Check-in at 3 pm seemed a bit weird. I had requested an early check-in at 2 pm; the staff at the reception told me that it would incur costs. I was surprised; later, he checked and said he was wrong. I checked in at around 2:30 pm.

The food was very nice. The overall experience was comfortable and satisfying.

The check-in time for executive suite (# 523) was too long. Had to wait for almost two hours. Even Superior room was given to us after over an hour. The house keeping started working on our rooms after we showed up at the reception.

I like food, location, and rooms.

1)Front desk should be more polite and humble, they are doing ok but can do better. 2) Ac of the room must be checked if its functioning properly, 3) English Movies Channels in TV must be provided which was not there.

Clean and well kept hotel. The bathroom was very nice and there was functioning AC. I had a room on the sixth floor with a nice view. There is a busy road right outside but it was still quiet in my room.

there was a slight problem checking in with paying (I have an international card) but it was worked out.
