The hotel was good in all sense. The staff was very well behaved and prompt to attend when some problem was reported. The breakfast was average and had some variety to choose from. I had checked out in the morning even then they opened a room for me to change in the evening. Overall experience was very pleasant.

The location was in transport area close to the bus stand. It was in an isolated area and the road was dark in the evening. There are no markets nearby to explore or to find local food & even to get an auto you have to walk 300+ meters to the entrance area of the bus stand.

Its a good hotel in outskirts of Jammu. The property is clean and well maintained. Room was quiet with most amenities though the washroom cleanliness and hygiene could have been better. The staff was friendly with 24 hour assistance. Parking is also not an issue.

The AC of the room kept tripping and was kind of weak in peak summer. The washroom cleanliness and hygiene could have been better, the exhaust fan was not working properly. The area where the hotel is located is in Transport Nagar which can be an issue sometimes though we did not experience any noise or issue.

The staff at Trinetar International are incredibly friendly, attentive, and accommodating. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine desire to make my stay comfortable. They went out of their way to ensure that I had everything I needed, from providing information about the local area to promptly addressing any requests I had during my stay.

The rooms at this hotel are clean, well-appointed, and extremely comfortable. I was impressed by the attention to detail in the room decor and the quality of the furnishings. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities provided were top-notch. I also appreciated the in-room dining options, which were delicious and convenient.

Location which is just in midst of transport area. Very crowded and noisy. No neary any shops are hotels. Have to walk far for any emergency.
