Strategic location, upscale premises, top drawer facilities that are in line with their room rates.

Although it's slap bang in front of Jammu Tawi railway station ie barely 300 meters but the lack of pick up and drop facilities to patrons / guests who are traveling with sizeable luggage left an unfavorable impression. We're paying to stay in a 4 Star hotel, the least you can do is get a travel desk or accord pick up and drop to your guests rather than hanging them out to dry.

Location of this hotel was fantastic making easy access to transportation and of course the room were very clean and comfy.

We received a very warm welcome on arrival. Our room was spacious ,clean and comfortable. The shower was very good. The hotel also serves lovely food. We really enjoyed our 3 nights here.

Everything was fine

Both food and location are very good. Dining room staff were very courteous, caring and helpful. I appreciate the attitude of staff in the restaurant as well as at the reception. They were very cordial and helpful. Although the the hotel was fully engaged with wedding and engagement receptions and Diwali parties, they made sure that the resident guests were not inconvenienced.

There is nothing that I can mention as not likeable, but have a few suggestions: It should have been desirable to accommodate the guests of the ceremonies and regular guests on different floors. Another suggestion is that they should provide hand-towels, without which we wasted enormous amount of tissue, which was avoidable.

Food is very good here. Staff is pleasant, and were very kind to us. We had to leave early, so they packed our breakfast. Room was big.

Bathroom had smoke smell, probably because all bathrooms share exhaust and people smoke in the bathrooms. There was hot water malfunction but nothing too bothersome

Front reception staff was less than adjusting to allow for late check-out since my train was late evening, even when the hotel was not fully occupied. I had checked in 12-14 hours late since train got delayed, even then hotel did not consider my request.

It's the best hotel in the region. Authentic food, very helpful staff.

Breakfast was good and the location of the hotel is excellent with temple, railway station and bahu plaza complex in the vicinity. Even Vishal mega Mart is at a stone throw distance.Mr Fiaz was a good host who took care of everything.

It seemed as if the rooms were kept closed for long so a typical damp smell was there. Before a guest enters, they should spray some room freshner.

Excellent staff, very effective Covid Protocols and very comfortable accommodation. I was on a solo biking trip, and, after a hard days riding, the check, in process was handles graciously, payments and formalities were completed the next morning when I was rested and refreshed.

Noise from the banquets is heard on guest room floors.
