Breakfast was good. Location was a bit too isolated as there was not much to do or see in the neighbourhood. We were very disappointed with the birthday cake we ordered as it was mainly huge chunks of cream with very thin slices of cake. We were charged Rs.700 and had to give away most of it to the dining room staff. The metal chairs on the terraces were not provided with cushions until a group of foreigners checked in.

Beautifully restored property with the kindest staff. The pride in maintaining the heritage is so inspiring. The art on the walls is magnificent.

A few more “on campus” activities would be great. Some more archiving of the history and a library, a real one, would be amazing potential additions give the deep history of the village.

The aesthetics are excellent . Food was always freshly prepared. The staff was ever willing to serve and help . Rooms are huge and so is the bathroom

They need to just take care of the upkeep of things in the room , the bisleri bottles were full.of dust, the table lamps were.not working..this caused a bit of inconvenience as you had to get out of bed to shut the overhead lights

The breakfast was good . The spread was nice and the food was fresh.

Most importantly they had no accommodation for my driver and we reached at 12:30 am post midnight. They know that people come with drivers/hire a taxi and should provide free accommodation for the driver. We were so dead tired and so was our driver. They didn’t tell us beforehand and after we checked into our room the driver had no where to go.

Loved the place, the grandeur

Hospitality in terms of food and arrangement could be turned up a little bit. The high tea served was with parle g biscuits. The staff also refused to do room service which was a surprise. The breakfast spread could be a bit better by introducing local food. It was way generic as compared to the grandeur of the place

Well maintained palace and the service was quite prompt and polite even though we went in the off season. Staff took good care of our comfort.

Wish to have more local cuisine in the menu e.g. based on bajra, jowar etc using local vegetables and recipes.

property being remote, most like us come by taxi. it is disappointing that no accommodation is provided for the driver in such a huge property. They are being fleeced for sub standard accommodation in the village. Alsisar should definitely do this.

the property is very well maintained. It is huge & gives the complete feel of a Mahal. the staff is very warm & caring. Rooms are clean & well organised. all the vintage things are restored nicely.

The property does fall in a village belt & havent have much to do around. we feel that things to do at the property must be available. also the food disappointed me. The chef was not the best for the typical kings palace place. Highly dissatisfied with food.

Excellent property that is well maintained with amazing staffs. They host a cultural program every evening. The rooms are huge and aesthetically decorated with an old world charm. Beautiful weekend getaway!
