Room size was very good. The AC settings offer half degree temperature adjustments as well. So it really helped me feel comfortable. The room was very quiet - absolutely no noise. Also the mattress on the bed was soft, but provided very good spine support. So overall - perfect room temperature, good mattress and absolute noiseless environment ensured a great sleep. Windows are large - offering a good view of the city and River.

Bathroom seems a little congested, but was manageable for a short stay. Everything is excellent, but the Car Parking area is a mess. Lack of physical space is understood, but dirty parking space with large metal rods lying around, is not expected. Once during my stay, I had to bring in 5 guests for dinner, and it was a shame to get their car parked outside on the dirt road. Please note, that this comment is more for the management to make improvements. If you do not have a car to be parked, you should ignore this comment.

Hotel is good and and good room sizes ...

I have a stong problem with staff that they entre in the room directly without even checking that guest is inside or not ... This happened second time with me that staff entre directly and i was in washroom ... Its really embraced for guest.. Secondly staff was shouting and quarreling for their duty work on floor in front of guests .. Third we forgot our room key while going to breakfast and inform at breakfast staff that we forgot the key inside so that perosn helped us and told that the perosn will be there for your service and we shocked that before we go there the hotel staff opened our room and he was inside the room which is really very supsicious and dangeros ... But since we don't have any option in Kanpur we have to compromise this i guess ...

The breakfast spread was amazing. My family loved the delicious food items. The rooms were huge and very comfortable and clean. Everything was taken care of. The staff was approachable and polite.

There was a weird smell in the bathroom, probably because of the water quality. Also, we asked specifically for a King sized bed, however, we got 2 twin beds joined together with a little gap in between, which was little uncomfortable.

The property is located in the heart of city. The service and staff is very courteous and caring. The food quality and taste is above average. Room size is sufficient.

The property is dated and needs renovation. The pool water was somewhat murky. Wood Furniture needs polishing.

The chef, Mr Sanjeev Kumar was very attentive to my specific diet requirement and the staff in general was nice .

The cushion of the bed was way too soft to enable a good night sleep. The staff at the Yu Sky bar that they have took my orders and after 10 minutes they wanted to close. I wonder why take someone order if you would be closing straight after that and we had to leave.

Great experience at the Landmark. Friendly helpful staff. Excellent facilities. Restaurant/bars were great, with a good selection of food and drinks. Enjoyed our stay, and will be back.

Exceptional staff and amenities

Area around the hotel is overly busy but not hotel’s fault. A retractable canopy over the swimming pool could be good for very hot summer days…just a feedback.

The location of this hotel is just in the heart of the city - so very well connected. Besides being a very clean and comfortable stay - I must mention that the staff here are really good, humble and helpful. And food is delicious, yet healthy. Just loved the stay and will strongly recommend.

Travel logistics - poor service - rates were very high - Hotel has directed me to Mrs Ahmed - Not recommended one . Hotel should have their own rent a car service.
