Everything excellent. Small regret. Reaching to the parking from Road is really a uphill task and very difficult to manuver the steering. Hotel must take steps to do some solution. If you are little less attentive you may damage the car or the property or passer by. This is a serious concern the hotel should look into totality in visitors interest.

I loved the ambience, coziness of the property.

I didn’t like the pricing of the menu, it was way too exorbitant. Selling a plain chapati for ₹ 115/- GST extra is out of this world and not competitive to Kausali.

Location, i have been visiting kasauli regularly since 32 years now. This hotel has best location in kasauli specially if you can get a room on the top floor. All rooms have balcony and view of valley & mountains. From main road its a steep ride up to the hotel. And rooms are further up from the reception. We were above clouds sitting at the balcony of our room.

Food was ok but very costly according to the standard of the hotel. Cleaniness not up to the mark. Walls needed paint from many places. My shower drain was half clogged. Hotel needed maintainance over all.

Food was awesome and so is the location and very courteous staff…. Reception and housekeeping were always available for any kind of help needed… keep up the good work…. 😊

The property has good views of the valley. It’s nice and sunny the whole day. Rooms are good sized and comfortable. The food is a little pricey but good to taste. The staff are extremely friendly and efficient. Service is quick. Will definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was good and delicious! There were options of veg and eggs with south Indian and paranthas. The food was not very spicy and nice but there were very limited options in the Menu. Staff is pleasant and good at their job. Mr. Baljinder (F7B Manger), Shikha, Divesh, And, Puja, Manoj, Vishal, and many more... The view from our room was awesome! Spa was also nice!

I wish we had more choices in all the categories of delicacy in the menu.

The location is awesome.the designimg of the hotel was also graet.

Rooms walls were quite dirty and room which we got was the one in which 2 single beds were joined to 2 so aesthtically it was not very pleasing.Alos the reception does not gave a damn about that.

The Restaurant food is good and the service by the staff especially Deepak was very good.
