We were a family of 4 people, we booked a family suite (2 bedrooms). We arrived very early and had requested early check-in. The staff were very kind and pleasant, although there were no rooms available immediately, they provided a room as soon as it was available. The rooms were spacious, clean and had heaters and hot water. They have buggy service between the room and reception area which was very convenient for us. We had breakfast on all days (included with room), plenty of options and food was delicious. The "Tea Kadai" stall that opens between 16:00-18:00 everyday was one of the best things of the resort. They have great snack options and amazing tea. Mr. Prabhu was our point of contact at the resort and he helped arrange a vehicle to go from Madurai station to the resort. All the staff at the resort were extremely kind, polite and friendly. They gave us all the information that we needed and answered all our queries. We took the night jeep ride from the resort and Mr. John who drove the jeep was very friendly and informative.

Nothing to dislike.

The location and the staff. A special mention for parthiban from front office buggie team and lijo from restaurant. They were always happy to help us with any requests

certain staff were forcing the guests to give good reviews. This is annoying and management should take some actions to stop this behaviour from the staff

Location and ambience makes this place more attractive and convenient..you can view the lake from the highest point..although the road has lots of potholes which could lower the convenient part.. I went with my elderly parents and they have a fantastic arrangement with golf cart services to move around the hotel..they even have a stairlift for people who are unable to get into the dining.. Mr. prabhu was very customer oriented and helpful The drivers, cleaners,kitchen staff and other supportive staff including the security were all great and ready to help the customers with smile on their face.. The bonus point is the garden with loungers where you can sit and enjoy the scenery peacefully.. The rooms were modern and equipped with portable heaters.. Overall its a great place to relax and enjoy your holiday with other facilities like spa..

Road leading to the hotel..the locks needs replacing

It was a pleasant stay. I liked the room and the environment. The breakfast was awesome. The staffs are friendly and courteous.

Need to improve the cleanliness of the toilet. The check in was not guest friendly. I had to wait even though I made the booking very early.

very comfortable stay food is so good reception staff March and we enjoyed camp fire with hype sound 🔥 which make you to get high with the kodai climate … food and beverage were enjoyable over all satisfied with stay and service best for photo ambience

There are 2 sterling properties in Kodai. We stayed at the lake one. It is close (walkable distance) to lake. Property is very good. There is a lot of greenery on the property with a lot of flowering plants. Looks very pleasing to the eyes and is very well maintained. It also has some play and activities for kids. Not used by many but we found it very useful.

I was initially unhappy with things on day 1. But the manager, Ajit and the housekeeping head, Jolly have really turned it around. They were always available for any feedback and to solve any niggles I had. They made my stay 5 stars despite the staff shortages they were dealing with. Ajit even got some food packed for my return road journey as we were travelling with our parents and couldn't stop anywhere in between, due to Covid.

The staff is very friendly and always heads up for support. Starts from buggy driver Mr Nethaji, Mr Raja and Functions Manager Mr Nagaraj , not forgetting front desk staff, all very supportive.

The left over dinner plates at out of room stay area till mid morning it is difficult to tolerate.

Excellent customer service, clean rooms, amazing flavorful cuisine with a wide variety of food. Fun activities, festivities, dj's and bonfires too! Very family friendly. Also great for solo or couples. Super close to the Kodai lake. So lovely.

Nothing. Everything was great. No complaints.

Breakfast was too good. Loved the dishes . Kathiresan chef was too friendly and amicable with us . He interacted well with us and got us what we wanted .

Size of the bed could have been bigger for a suite room.

Place is walk able distance to lake where boating,cycling,horse riding and shopping are near by

Indoor Game timing is up to 8:30 only. But bar is opened till 11:00 PM.This could have kept open till 11:00 or 12:00. Cycling option could be much better, there can be double pedaling cycle with good quality.
