Staff was courteous and property also was good, neat and clean. Especially they had arrangements for the drivers also at a small payment of INR 500/-.

The reception staff keept calling previous days and insisted to do advance payments to keep the rooms blocked. After a hot discussion they agreed to pay on arrival. Once we book thru Booking.com and have the confirmation number and email, the hotel should not bother the guests.

The property is conveniently located on the main road , not far from the national highway. Rooms are clean. Valet parking is available.

Breakfast was a letdown. Staff was not cleaning up the tables after people ate and left and were not attending to the customers properly. Even the empty bowls were not being filled.

Service issues: They put me up in a wrong room at first. Then changed the room, then the AC was not working in that room, therefore had to change the room again. Other guests in nearby rooms were noisy, talking loud inside corridors. Informed reception on call about the same, but no action taken

Clean, comfortable and convenient. They even had a facility for our driver to spend the night. This was very helpful. Rooms were clean, comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast was good with a decent spread. I recommend this business hotel.

Food is on expensive side , asked for Tonic water which is usually availible for Rs. 80 - 100 , but i was charged Rs. 240 for one bottle

The buffet breakfast had been very and this was certainly value for money. The location of hotel was just perfect , even though it was on main road leading to highway , the Accoustics of the room are very good that one could not hear the outside noise despite the Diwali crackers ! :)

House keeping team needs to be more focused/ attentive to what items a customer has used and replace the same or top it up which ever is the hotel policy be it bottled water, towel, tea bags , soap etc .

Ambience and staff was good and cooperative. Full marks to all the staff including house keeping and restaurants. Cleanliness was also good as expected.

Food quality needs improvement as the food served was not hot as per expectations.. Also the intermittent power shut off was irritating which was everytime switching off the AC. My parents started feeling uneasy as they were not aware that the AC was off all of a sudden in middle of night. I have experienced this for the first time in such type of hotel.

Food options were good.. comfortable rooms, except for the smell in bathroom

In the night all of a sudden the washroom started smelling very bad. It looked some leakage was there in some pipes outside. The staff came in and checked but that was not something that could have ben fixed immediately. Regular checks on such things would be great!

The location, ambience of hotel, food quality and quantity. Beautiful property with neat clean rooms and perfect view. Close to Mahalaxmi temple and staff went out of the way to help us to reach temple and have a good darshan.
