We had a packed breakfast as we had an early flight. It was ready and waiting for us when we left. No complaints at all about the food. Evening meal was really nice as well. Location of hotel is good. Close to airport and off the main road.

Wifi was not available in the room. Had to use it in the lobby where it was fast and reliable. Smoky smelling air in room - might have been drawn in from outside via the airconditioner? Room was quiet and comfortable otherwise.

Its centrally located in New Town, just opposite to Arsalan and next to Spencer. Room were big and clean with all the facilities. Food was yum and staff was really helpful. Really liked the experience.

Washroom floor was bit slippery,no matts outside washroom. Car was not available to travel evne once that too for a long stay, you will be by own in most cases if car service needed from Hotel. No photos i clicked inside hotel 🥲

Hotel was modern and clean and convenient to the airport. Evening staff not that welcoming and was reluctant to accept cash rather than card for some reason. Restaurant was clean with plenty of food on offer and big servings. The morning desk lady, Poona(?) Was very helpful and sorted our airport transfer.

Only one huge towel for both of us. We also asked for a staff member to help us set the air con on a warm setting, but he didn't understand and had it on cold which we couldn't change!

This was mid-tier hotel and the amenities were as to be expected for such hotel. Overall, the staff was nice, the hotel had nice decor in the lobby. I appreciated the wall paintings by local artists and happy to see that local art and business was being supported. Most importantly, the hotel promised an airport pickup and delivered well on that promise. For someone coming from abroad late at night, this was very important and I thank the hotel for providing the expected service (for a requisite fee).

A minor issue but I think the bed and bathroom could have been cleaner (it wasn't dirty).

The Room, staffs, cleanliness, surrounding and near to Airport all are very nice. That's why I extend my stay here until 26 of July 2023. Earlier we planned to stay here 3 days and then shift to Central Kolkata but finally we change our plan as we found all other things are excellent.

Distance from Central Kolkata is a problems but it does not take much more time to get there. The hospitals are nearby that's a plus point. Also they have scope to improve their cooking.

The staff were all great, in particular Abdul from housekeeping and all of the restaurant staff. The gym, while a little small, is a nice additional facility offered by the hotel.

My only suggestion would be to replace the plastic bottled water in the rooms with reusable glass water bottles like those in the restaurant, to be more environmentally friendly.

The staff were excellent! The restaurant served delicious food. The room was very comfortable and had a great view.

The spa was terrible! I booked a 1 hour massage and the masseuse massaged me for 30 minutes and said the remaining time was for me to shower?! Never heard of that in my life! The gym also had a lot of broken equipment.

Near to Airport, clean, staffs with good behaviour, management is flexible and cooperative. They found committed and do not exaggerate anything. Room and window view is nice. Safety and security seems nice. We enjoyed our staying.

Location is far from Central Kolkata. Cooking can be improved. Some more items can be added like tooth paste, tooth brash etc.

I prefer staying here whenever I visit Kolkata with my husband on his Official work and Its' always been a delightful experience. The best part is without any Internet glitches I can also attend my office at BLR while I am partly on vacation.

I liked the staff the most, especially Puja from the reception desk. She was always helpful and charming. Subroto the young man from housekeeping was another person who made my stay so comfortable. The restaurant staff were extremely nice and helpful too. A huge thank you to all of them.
