Mis information -They have other hotels with similar names, This one has access to the lake but some pics they used in the reviews are pics of an Island resort nearby same owners

The interior decor was absolutely beautiful and the staff were very helpful and attentive. The rooms were ambient, clean and very comfortable. We had a wonderful time at the hotel.
The lighting was a bit too dim and the in-hotel restaurant could use better staffing.

Tv is not working properly.and the lights in the room were dim.

This place has so much potential- my room was great but behind every nook and cranny was really dirty - it’s really badly managed because there’s plenty of staff but the place is absolutely filthy, the lights are kept low to hide the dirt.
No effort was being made to clean the place - I felt very uncomfortable in the bar and restaurant!

Very bad sevice, food was not Good, even the restaurant smells really bad, table cloth was very dirty, we cant even sit at the restaurant for a minute, washroom at the room was severe, bath tub, we can't even look on that, very bad experience
