My stay was for 1 night as my wife and I were celebrating our anniversary. The location of the property is great. Away from the Lonavala traffic and bustle. Quiet area. The weather added to the beauty of the place. Unfortunately there was a wedding happening the next day, so the property was full of wedding prep material and people. The spa session was amazing. The manager, Anushka, helped me execute a little surprise for my wife. So cheers to Anushka for that.

Since there was a wedding scheduled the next day, we were not given the option of a late check-out. Late check-out was denied because of some wedding. A wedding guest (who hasnt even paid for his own room) gets priority over a non wedding guest who has paid for the room and is even ready to pay the extra charge for a late check-out. Quite surprising to me. It's not like all wedding guests are going to drop in at the lobby at one time. I have also attended weddings in hotels and have received a late room due to the previous guest no checking out soon. I understand the inconvenience and irritation as a wedding guest. But I feel they should priorities individual guests over 'wedding guests'. The restaurant and in room dining menu needs an update. Food options were rather 'meh'....

The staff is very courteous. The food is amazing. The rooms are great and large. The recreation facilities for lovely, outdoor activities arranged by hotel are very good. The Mashaal ceremony and Karaoke are fun and the traditional welcome is amazing.

Few games in the recreation room could be more in quantities (eg. carrom board), badminton rackets as many people want to play but are just in single number. The hotel needs to keep mosquito sprays (eg. Baygon or Hit) as there are loads of mosquitoes and just the repellent machines are not sufficient. Even during outdoor events, there are loads of mosquitos so any such sprays or provisions would make the events more fun and memorable and comfortable.

The hotel is a pretty property, located outside Lonavala. The rooms and amenities are really nice. Our room was spacious with a large balcony, and a bathtub outside. There was separate space for dressing. Our room also had an ironing setup. There is one restaurant, an adjoining bar, a spa, recreation room, and a swimming pool. The grounds are not very large, but there are nice landscaping features in the space. There are activities throughout the day. The front office and restaurant staff were very good, always pleasant and smiling.

There were lots of things that went wrong with our stay. There was an inexplicable hold put on our room, where we were not allowed to sign room service checks, but needed to pay in cash. The activities, while nice in theory, were not well-planned or particularly interesting. The payment system was unclear and confusing. The pool is a very strange one with different levels under water. I gather it is to be fun for parties, but the blocks are practically invisible to anyone actually swimming. Overall the property could have been better maintained. However, the staff more than made up for these hiccups. Over the course of our stay, we had a lovely time.

The family indulged in a sumptuous breakfast, relishing the exquisite blend of freshly baked pastries, vibrant tropical fruits, and authentic Indian delicacies like dosas and idlis. The serene ambiance, graced by the tranquil beauty of the lush hills, made the morning even more enchanting. They savored every moment, accompanied by the rich aroma of freshly brewed coffee and a refreshing array of juices, creating a perfect and harmonious start to their day.

These minor shortcomings were easily overshadowed by the many positives that made our stay enjoyable and memorable.

Not just the breakfast but the overall food experience was excellent. I had the BF and dinner package and it was really good. They also had Gluten free options which was fantastic as my sister is has gluten intolerance. The service was really great. It was my first stay at a Radisson property and I was pleasantly surprised by the overall consistently fantastic service. The property is not very large but has number of open spaces and the music at the bar was really good. Also they made efforts to include guest with fun evening activities.

The Suite (Raje Vasa) that we had book had a Jaccuzi. When we started it, there was dirt from the jets that sullied the water. we tried to clean it and again fill the tub, but again the jets sprayed dirt into the water. we then gave up as we did not want to waste water to this extent. Apart, if the Suite (Raje Vasa) charges included the jacuzzi, then it better be maintained for the guests to use. what’s the point in charging for all the facilities and not maintaining it rendering it out of order. In this case the management did not even know if the jacuzzi was in good shape. For an establishment like Radisson - it’s not done! Please live up to your name.

The hotel and it's amenities were all good. Overall was very pleasant and inviting! Food was pretty good. We were well attended by the staff.. but like to make a special mention for Mary who was ever smiling and attentive. Did help. Another mention was the Bar Man Debtaru; made some excellent cocktails. Also enjoyed the trek with Mayur. Thank you..

The confectionery items didn't change much! Result we didn't eat much of the bakery products.. Maybe something you can do as CSR.. the surrounding outside area of Raddisson is strewn with garbage. It's a sad sight!

This is our second time staying at the Radisson Resort and Spa Lonavala and it was just as good as our first visit. Great food options, a nice high tea experience and helpful and good staff s well!! A must experience is the spa that really helps relax you during your stay. Great therapists and well maintained rooms and showers.

The in-room dining team was a little difficult to get hold of on a few occasions but we had better luck routing the call through reception. That being said, the in-room dining options are good and service quick.

Buffet breakfast was excellent - lots of Indian and Continental choices and the food was delicious! Great atmosphere in the restaurant. We had dinner there as well and most dishes were very tasty (particularly the Murgh tikka). The Kokum Mojito is a must-have drink - highly recommended. Room was large, beds very comfortable, aircon and fan very effective, quiet at night with no indoor or outdoor noise once doors and windows were shut. Location was lovely - nice and peaceful. Hotel grounds, although not huge, were nevertheless lovely to walk around - well-maintained, lots of flowers. Beautiful at night too with candles and soft lighting. Hotel situated in a quiet, leafy, residential neighbourhood, away from the main Lonavala hubub and noise. Mountain scenery in the distance. We only stayed one night but left feeling very refreshed.

Hygiene in the main restaurant (where the breakfast is served) was not optimal. Some flies around the open items such as cakes, croissants, fruits etc. - not acceptable for a hotel rated as 5 star. Hot items that were in covered containers were absolutely fine.

Location is very good, away from rush. Check in was smooth. Front desk staff is exceptional, special mention of Siddhesh who was very kind, courteous and helpful. Rooms are specious and clean. Restaurants and bar are very good as well. Breakfast was quite good too. So far best hotel in Lonavla

Buffet for dinner was average. Only 4 non vegetarian options were present. Special mention amd warning about pool. Pool has sharp edges everywhere and slippery margins. Steps are dark and large to main pool area again with edges which can prove injurious. Kiddie pool has no steps at all. Major engineering issues related to pool related to safety. Spa is average. Staff present at spa is not upto the standards in terms of a premium property.
