The Pool is the best part of this property along with the super clean cottages. The bathrooms are huge and nice. The view is spectacular and serene. Very underrated property.

The drive from Abbey falls deviation to the actual property is filled with narrow ascending and descending typical coorg roads. One may have to concentrate and drive harder to get here. Inside the property, the hilly landscape makes it a bit difficult for elderly people to get to their rooms and restaurants which is at the top, but I am sure they had some mobile services to get you around upon request.

Gorgeous location on top of the hill overlooking The valley amidst lovely tropical gardens. Restaurant has stunning views , dinner and breakfast were delicious. Room very comfortable with lovely valley view. The staff very kindly upgraded us to a room with a view on arrival- would definitely recommend ! The plantation tour of nearby certified organic Magnolia Mist was fascinating and worthwhile. We saw the coffee tea and vanilla growing and were able to purchase at end.

The property is well managed, very clean and maintained. Location is perfect for its isolation putting you closer to nature. Food is really good in the restaurant and the staff are amazing including the chef. Other facilities are a great addition making spending time at the pool and games are a breeze.

The room keys can be more ergonomic, its bulk makes it a little hard to carry. The restaurant staff needs to track multiple orders from the same table better, loved the food but they kept missing items on the third order and we had to keep consistently reorder them.

The property is just amazing nature all around, greenery everywhere. Rooms are very clean with good lights. Coffee powder, tea bag, sugar and biscuits along with 3 bottles of water is available in Deluxe cottage. Old style wooden door, Chair, Cupboard, and Table are very good as it is antique piece. Washroom is very clean and comes with hair dryer, toothbrush, shampoo, razor, and towels. Food is very nice in restaurant, good taste with sufficient quantity (both buffet and a la carte menu are available). Property has swimming pool in front of the restaurant (infinity view pool) the best view from the property with amazing sunset view. Staff are very nice and informative. Property gave few chocolates as a complimentary on the day we check in. Property has indoor games like Table tennis, carrom, chess etc. Easy check-in process and property has extra few extra options like (trekking, private waterfall etc which come with extra cost) Overall it’s a very nice place and much recommended stay.

I will not say as didnt like, if property had outdoor games/activities would be much better/fun

Location was great, although a little hard to get there via car due to the roads. View from resort was amazing in the morning from the restaurant. Breakfast was fabulous, great spread of different items everyday with a hot brewed tea and coffee. Staff everywhere in the resort were wonderful. Hotel manager Vinod is especially great at recommendations and general chitchat. Restaurant manager Shivakumar was also great with catering for our needs especially with a child. Rooms were cozy and neat although for the price, could be more fancy. Loved the bonfire at night before dinner - added to cozy feel on the chilly evenings.

The hot water was not very hot, had to make calls to reception after which they increased the heat somewhat but next morning it was the same luke warm water again.

The location is very good and peaceful. The staff were friendly and helpful. Room is neat. The pool is good and has a good backdrop. The views from the restaurant are good. The breakfast buffet is adequate.

The steps near the swimming pool can be anti-skid. Currently they are smooth and it's very dangerous if we go with wet foot. It can be fixed. The price of items in the restaurant is high.

Everything was excellent during 6 days!!!! What a beautiful resort and with attention for each deatail! And the tasteful and various food in the beautifully decorated restaurant with masks and Chittara paintings, surrounded by splendid view and swimming pool. Furthermore the best massage that i had twice and above all- the staff- ALL- so professional and kind- thank you Heritage Resort!!!!

The location, along with the hospitality from the very moment we stepped in the resort, was a wholesome experience. The cottages were huge and kept neat along with all amenities. The restaurant served all cuisine nearly matching perfection and enhanced our hunger.

Perhaps not actually the bad part but getting to the restaurants from our room was bit tiring since it was above the hill top. Though at second thought we do feel it was boon in disguise 😂

Location, pool, food, room service, house keeping, courteous staff

Noisy bed. Restaurant location is inconvenient,. . The property is on a hilly terrain. They do not have carts or buggies to help with luggage or senior citizens. last day had to drive down 700 kms hence started early morning by 5 am. Staff was not available to help with the luggage .There was a bell boy who checked our room before we leave the premises to ensure we are not stealing away but anything from the room but did not help us in carrying the luggage. Carried all the luggage to the car park on my own. Car park is far off .Very sad attitude towards the guests.

The property is so beautiful. Very connected to the nature. Green luscious trees , flower garden , meditation & good food .

I’m a coffee person ( coorg is famous for the coffee) , the restaurant didn’t provide the good coffee.… tea was good
