We had an absolutely amazing stay at La Serene Resort and Spa in Mahabaleshwar! The service was exceptional, and the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our stay. The property itself is beautiful, with well-maintained facilities that made our experience even more memorable. From the comfortable rooms to the delightful ambiance, everything exceeded our expectations. It’s rare to find a place where you feel so well taken care of. Thank you to the entire team for making our trip so special. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this gem to anyone visiting Mahabaleshwar!

We only wish there was a balcony of some sort or covered area around the pool maybe where we could sit n enjoy the rain. Location was excellent, we visited many view points. The resort too was comfortable with excellent service with a smile. Continuous power supply and wifi . But if it's raining, u r forced to sit inside your rooms . That's one thing I wish I could have sat out in a covered place n enjoyed

The stay was overall very good. Best thing about food was the breakfast. It was a Buffet and had a lot of Indian items catering to both North and South palate and tasted good. Best was they kept replenising it hot. The resort is located on main road but still has managed to keep its peaceful as nd tranquil feeling and atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. The service is quick and staff is very courteous and helpful. Even our check in and checkout was done very quickly and without much hassle.

It was all in all a very good experience. Difficult to judge in a days stay butwe had a good time.

The best part of the stay was the service , the staff from reception ( Monalisha ) to the bell boys ( shubham and others ) were excellent, we had early checkin things sorted and there was magic show arranged Kids had a galla time. Bonfire was icing on the cake for the perfect weather in the night. The location is just great for the Mahabaleshwar not much crowd but still good restaurant around . We had dinner in the property beside the bonfire which was delicious . Ty so much everyone at the property for making our short stay memorable and comfortable.

Nothing as such. All good in the property nothing much to complain

The staff are very friendly and professional. The food is very good too. Lots of options as well. Location is on the main road and easy to drive to even during the rainy season.

Hot water facilities is a concern. They have an electric heat pump which does not make the water hot. In case you want very hot water...it's a issue currently. Hope they resolve it

Amazing small boutique hotel with 16 rooms Very nice cooperative staff, every request met within minutes Comfortable bed Comfortable extra bed. Fan and Air-conditioning in the room Mini fridge All facilities like pool, spa, indoor game area, garden, night campfire. Breakfast was lovely every day, especially for vegetarian food lovers. Checking and check out smooth. Has travel desk with reasonable price for AC car. TV with many channels with English and Hindi Movies. Wifi was great usually but at times was slow. Four device together per room.

Room did not have safe deposit box for keeping passport and other personal items and is must for a 4 star hotels these days. I do understand peak season pricing, so can't complain. Not a problem of hotel, Airtel service was poor and I had to twice go to entrance of the hotel but again no fault of hotel.

Staff was courteous & helpful. Reception desk was also very polite ( Ganesh and Meghna) Prompt service, Food was excellent. Resort is very calm & peaceful.

Toiletries was not refilled regularly. Room was pretty clean but still there were small cockroaches in washroom & room. No prescribed channels in tv. They could have added hot water connection in the basins too.

Great property. Quite. The staff are really nice and kind. Amenities are great, mini games and pool.

Nothing major, the spa/massage beds do not have those face rest “holes” so it was a bit uncomfortable laying down face down for long. The pool could have the shower on the side so that people don’t have to take a quick shower from their rooms.

Location. Breakfast was meeting expectations. Found 1 good game in the form of racket-ball in lawn.

Reception is not at all convenient. And it is looks really boring. Reception should give you a grand and welcoming feel which it did not. Not VFM with 8.4k per night. Had better experience with 12k per night in nearby hotel. Dinner food could have been a little bit more tasty.

Its a good place right on the main road. The rooms are nice. Food is very good. Breakfast was very good and had lots of options. Service was quick and with a smile. The pool is little small but sufficient. Indoor games are good. They should add options like archery and shooting as lawn is quite big. Campfire place is nice although could enjoy it due to rains. Staff is very nice and helpful. Restaurant is having good options in veg also. Rooms are nice and clean.

Prices little high, may be due to diwali week. So should include more activities like karaoke or kids activities or some free boating( costs 600 for 4 ppl) to justify . Rest all is good at this price.
