Swimming pool is large and very well managed and clean. Receptionists very helpful and staff went out of their way to meet our needs. Big cool airy rooms and good evening meals. No alcohol.

Breakfast staff worked very hard and we enjoyed the omlettes. The food and presentation didn't match the overall high quality of this relatively new hotel. Greater range of food and quality needed for example, brewed coffee and a menu with the breakfast offer.

1. Reception not welcoming. Very quite 2. Bed linen: They were over used and repeatedly washed and not fresh. May be they need to have their own laundry. 3. Towels: Over used towels. The towels have no fibres. Very much attributed towels. If I could pay 8k in Hilton or other hotel chain I would get very nice bed linens and towels 4. Flush of the toilet: very stiff to flush 5. Chairs with no hand rests makes it difficult to sit

Location very convenient. Quality of breakfast is good, including local favourites. Though next to a busy street, soundproofing is effective.

Flooring material leaves a dusty feel, despite being regularly cleaned. Staff at breakfast were ignoring locals in their zeal to please the foreigners. (Suitable training/counselling needed) Towels and sheets though clean, are getting old and will need a replacement soon.

Cleanliness, facilities are mind blowing.

Breakfast spread and the taste could get much better. The behaviour of staff was rigid, instead they all can learn to smile n interact which feels better.

We liked everything...the location is awesome, room is small, compact and comfortable with all amenities. Parking space was large. Room service was quick and tasty. The breakfast buffet was a lavish spread and equally delicious. Staff were polite and professional. I would love to visit again.

Location of the hotel, good (crowd tells the food quality) restaurants, convenient room service, comfortable bed, valet parking, courteous staff, awesome breakfast buffet.

Smoke smell coming via bathroom exhaust. Front desk has taken the feedback and assured to update about the issue.

Rooms were clean, food too good

We lost our valuable watch in the room. The cleaning persons stole the watch. Informed the front office. But no action.

Modern spacious rooms. Good service. Great local breakfast different from the usual fare.

The number of towels can be more. Only bath towels provided. No hand towels.

Powerful shower, comfortable bed, cleanliness . Breakfast was excellent and slightly different each day. Keeping some main items the same

Bath room at least one switch should have been outside the bathroom
