I had an opportunity to visit Vrindavan during Diwali while I was in India on a business trip. My old aunt accompanied me during this visit to Vrindavan. I had booked accommodation at Best Western Vrindavan as I have been a traveler regularly staying at Best Western properties. Best Western Vrindavan is very luxuriously appointed, sparklingly clean and with modern amenities. Our stay at the Hotel was very comfortable, simple vegetarian meals prepared for us on my aunt’s request at the Restaurant were delicious. To top it all, customer service was superb; special mention goes to Sahaya; she made us feel welcome. Her simple gestures made my aunt feel very special and she was very happy about the attention she received.

The room cleaning wasn’t done properly Bathroom cleaning not up to expectations they should use bleach to clean the dirty area I purposely left some rubbish on floor behind the sofa and They were not cleaned Also the exhaust in the bathroom wasn’t working Even after cleaning. The bathroom were not feeling fresh Hope these are looked into Rest all good Rate it 4 star

Located between both Vrindavan and Mathura, you enjoy a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle from the main road and also have easy access to both, though getting transport at a reasonable rate depends on your skills. The property is comfortable and clean, and the food was as one would expect from the Best Western brand. The staff are all courteous and professional, with special mention for Anu and Sahaya. If you want to enjoy the sights, the sites, and still have peace and quiet, this is the place.

very neat to Indian standard and food is very safe to eat as the dining area is very clean. No stomach upset.

before the start of the stay my credit card was declined and when I tried to reach the staff it was very difficult as no one lifted the phone which was only number given. very frustrating to reach them and even after reaching them and it is much more frustrating to find a solution. anyhow after 8 hours they accepted my request to pay on arrival. to my surprise I found out from my credit card company that the hotel staff at hotel keyed in wrong date of expiry of card though I gave to booking. com correct information. My stay at hotel is very good in all respects. if they would have lifted the phone promptly and sorted it out the problem on phone immediately then my experience with the hotel would’ve been great.

Location of hotel is very near to main road hence easily approachable. Breakfast spread is OK with good service. Although they advertise about buffet breakfast/dinner but same was not available during our stay. Two days prior to our stay I had received a call from hotel about our arrival time which was confirmed and requested hotel to provide us one room early from the three rooms booked but nothing was provided stating the check-in time was 2 PM.

Vrindavan is a holy place wherein majority of visitors are senior citizens hence facilities in hotels especially washrooms should be suiting to them. I have brought this to the notice of house keeping as well as front desk that there should be handles at appropriate place in washroom for senior citizens to hold in case of need. Shower system also needs to be better although the one provided is latest but still cumbersome. On our request hotel provided bucket, mug and stool but height of stool was low. Better to have stools with good height comfortable for senior citizens. This is a suggestion only which I am sure Hotel will look into.

Location was good; and breakfast/lunch/dinner were excellent. In fact, their head chef seems to be some culinary expert because the food quality was excellent in everything he prepared. I am amazed by the taste, quality and portion size as well. Really commendable job by the head chef. The room size is a bit small, but was ok since we were there for a few days only. This hotel is located in a gated community, so it is very safe at night. We went for a post-dinner-walk in the quiet tree lined street outside the hotel, but still inside the gated community. Absolute peace and quiet. If we ever visit again, we would prefer staying at the same place.

The reception lady charged my credit card (in my absence, 3 days prior to stay) using an unknown establishment's name from some other city. This was all done without informing me first. In panic, i had to report fraudulent activity and block my card. This resulted in a lot of inconvenience for my remaining itinerary without a card. I also had to pay re-issue fee for a new card later. All this because she did not have the courtesy to call me up before charging the card with some company other than hotels name. If they had used hotel's name on charge, i would not have panicked. On reporting, her response was "Well, we got our money, so now you can do whatever you want with your card". Rookies, i say, don't even have the patience to consult their own seniors before taking a stupid action.

The room was big and clean, the service very efficient, the restaurant was various and tasty and not too expensive, and the location was in a quiet residential area near to the main temples. Big point to the staff that was kind and helpful.

A bit too expensive for a long stay.

It's a true jewel in the middle of Vrindavan india, and no doubt the absolute best hotel I've been so far on my current journey in India.  First and foremost, as I said earlier,  it is a very new and up to date hotel.  Second, It is very clean! The bedsheets and the towels are spotless - 100 percent pure white, unlike at many other hotels I've experienced through india, where their bedsheets or the towels were dirty, old, and worn out Third, this should really be mentioned first. The hospitality and staff service is incredible! The reason that their service is so good is very obvious as it starts from the head up from the management office and down to the small employees.  Here I must take my hat off and give a very special thank you to the manager Mr. Prashant Dubey for his absolutely amazing hospitality and passionate help. Without even asking, Mr Prashant has always come over to me, requiring how I'm doing and if I am happy with my stay. Moreover, he has helped numerous times during my stay at the hotel, whether it was helping me to find a reliable place to buy a sim card or even arranging train tickets for me on the day I left the hotel. On the day I was checking out,  Mr Prashant set down with me for almost half an hour, helping me plan my next trip on my journey through other states of India.  This kind of service is rare even in Indian hospitality standards, and I am truly thankful to him for that.  I should also mention that sometimes it's hard to trust some reviews you read about any hotel. For example, when I saw people writing that the Best Western hotel has issues with providing hot water in the bathroom. Well, from my personal experience, this is a complete lie and misleading review because the water was boiling hot at all hours of the day.

The only little downside I found here and it's not the fault of the hotel itself, is the somewhat repetitive shut down of the electricity, which BTW, is just about less than a minute each time. It is unfortunately its a common issue in certain parts of india, and I have experienced that in other hotels too. The plus of the Best Western Hotel is that they have their own generator that turns the electricity back on immediately.

lovely quiet location a little away from main road so peaceful, clean bright amazing fresh good and good menu, all staff quiet yet attentive very high standard of service from this hotel ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
