The location was good and so was the property well maintained. Ample space for a car park. Neat and Clean Bathroom, 24-hour running hot water, and the room service were quick and efficient. The room size was very amazing and kept clean. If looking for value for money stay, then this is a good property to stay in, the beach is just 150mtr walk

The room curtains were small. They were stuck with some glue tape in order to maintain privacy inside the room. This was the biggest issue in the room. Complimentary breakfast was served cold.

Excellent location and lovely tranquil setting amongst landscaped garden. Comfy big bed, good warm shower. Nice breakfast and attentive staff. Really close to the beach and nice beachside restaurant.

The rooms were more basic than expected. Could do with more wardrobe space and table. Missing side lamp. Lots of mosquitoes.

Parking space is less and the worst part was the breakfast option you get. We went on 15th June 2024 and the breakfast was bread omelet and poha so either 1 you have to choose. Next day it was the same food except instead of poha it was upmavu. No hot water

Location, just away from the beach by 1 plot (have to walk through S2 Beach Resort) is great. Less than 3 mins. Room is big and has good natural light . Comfortable bed. The landscaping plants have grown much more so the pics are slightly different to existing condition.

A pool would be a welcome addition, to make it comparable to other resorts at a similar price-point.

If you are looking for a property with superb food on reasonable price( cheapest in Goa probably), within a price sub 1500, close to the sea beach(2 mins walk), bigger rooms, 24 hrs hot water, decent wifi. Airtel Jio have best coverage here, ask for any help, they fulfill, lush green environment, cheap food, most importantly the cordial staff, (even the owner of the property offers you a free drink), allowed us to cook fish bought from outside in his kitchen. Who does so! 😊 Felt like home. This is the place for you. Trust me, you won't regret. Of course it depends the type of person you are. :) PS: I stayed there for 15 days during pandemic for availing work from home facilities. So I find my review would be the genuine and honest. I am not paid a single penny for this from anyone. Writing from my own experience. It is on Morjim beach.

The place is so amazing and the hospitality is top notch. The entire travel journey to the resort and the staff was so fantastic. The food was amazing, the booze was top notch, anything you would need in the middle of the night staff is right there to help you. Thank you for the amazing services which you have provided. We are so glad to opt for this place. One should visit this place without a second thought. Amazing beaches and shacks access is amazing.

Location right next to beach and shacks. Neat and clean area. Value for money. Well behaved and very helpful staff. Good breakfast and food available at restaurant.

location-it’s just 1 minute from the beach & few minutes from some amazing cafés like Tomato’s. The property is very green & clean. The two beautiful big white mirrors add 5 stars to the property, you can actually click a lot of pictures there. Staff is cooperative, responsible & also very helpful. Room is spacious and well lit, has drawers, tables etc with clean washroom.

It is difficult to find the property because there are no bill boards. Light goes off very often & too many insects & mosquitoes. Buffet food is not upto the mark.

I did not have the included breakfast because we went out. The location is very nice and very close to the beach. Rooms were very well maintained. The garden in the resort gives a very homely feeling.

Walking to the beach needs you to walk through S2 restaurant. But that wasn't too bad.
