Very comfortable bed and good service

I made a mistake in my booking. I booked for 1 person instead of 2. I asked the hotel to add a second person but was offered this at a higher price than booking. My request to cancel the reservation so that I can make a new booking via Booking for 2 people was rejected. I would have wished for more accommodation from the hotel and do not understand the big price difference between Booking and local prices.

During my stay at this hotel, I had an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring that all of my needs were met. The room was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The amenities provided were top-notch, including a well-equipped fitness center and a delicious breakfast spread. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay. Breakfast was very good with many choices. Staff members went out of their way to be very helpful to us whenever we needed any help, such as to get a rickshaw or a taxi, and to go down the steps because I had an injured foot.

The airconditioning was difficult to figure out and we could not turn it off. We ended up removing the key card to turn all lights off to turn off the airconditioner. In general the light switches were not well-placed or well-marked for easy use.

Very friendly staff, very quiet and spacious room, the restaurant is quite nice for fresh Indian cuisine. There's a spot for your driver to drop you right at the entrance of the hotel. If you're looking for an easy clean economical business hotel, this is it.

Very very big Thank you to Anil, he was so pleasant, and caring, my wife and I loved and looked forward for the evening sweets, even 5 star properties don't do such things, really really enjoy our stay and will definitely be booking again as I travel frequently to Mumbai

First day I got down for breakfast and said "good morning" to 3 of the staff, the response was "room number" Communication and grooming needs improvement.

Amazing location. Most of the Staff were exceptionally good, helpful and professional.

The cleaning should be more thorough. I had some guests who came to visit me and one of the receptions asked me about them in an appropriate manner.

I wish they would pay attention to cleaning of the lift l. It was clear either they did not clean or did not lay attention when cleaning- it smelled cockroach excrement!
