The rooms were extremely comfortable, the staff very very helpful and courteous. Mr. Pradeep from the front desk was very helpful with our requirements throughout our stay & took care of everything we needed. Harish, the driver, was the best driver we could have. He helped us explore every destination with extreme patience and safety. He was very well mannered and extremely helpful every step of the way. The staff at the breakfast counter was very good. Even the housekeeping staff at our floor was very good and helpful. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. Good luck always!

I absolutely loved their food .. be it buffet breakfast , thali dinners etc .. I love authentic Indian food & it has to be good quality .. this was definitely worth the value . Their staff are warm yet professional & friendly . Vinay from restaurant delighted me with my thali preference for dinner . Tejal & Ravi from housekeeping were so professional in their approach & also kind & caring towards customers needs .

-loyalty Programe would be ideal .. this is my first time staying here. However my mom stayed in this hotel 4 yrs back & she was very well looked after . -Gymnasium is very tiny & hardly any equipment .. - Need more restaurant staff for clearance & sanitization only especially during rush hours.

Clean & spacious room. Comfortable bed and pillows. Perfect location if you are visiting NESCO for a trade show as it is close by and you save on traffic.

Variety of breakfast for European travelers. Used to be a better value for money hotel, now it is debatable as rates have increased. Wifi speed should be improved. Alcohol is not served on the facility.

The rooms are a good size, very well decorated and have all the essentials any traveller would need. the house keeping team do a fantastic job in ensuring the rooms are clean. most important the bed and shower are fantastic!

the front office staff needs to be more efficient ,they charged me extra for breakfast saying it wasn’t included in my booking ,asked me three times for my I’d on 3 different dates ,did not send from desk to help for my heavy luggage ET

Some of the breakfast items were not fresh. It look like it has been served which was cooked day before.

Guest of one room can hear other room guest voice. Even lobby sound/voices are so clear inside the room.

The staff are so accommodating and friendly as for Mr. Pradeep and Mr. Alex. They really took care of us. The facilities are complete. Also good thing that there is a restaurant in the hotel. The food is really great.

Conveniently located near the Bombay exhibition center. Good restaurant with delicious breakfast and dinner, good WiFi, friendly staff

I liked the staff and the housekeeping people along with the in room dining service. Everything was up-to the mark. Good value for money. I had a one night stay booked as it was my fist ever stay at fern Goregaon but with the experience I extended it for one more day❤

Asking for the basic Things like body shower, shampoo or toothbrush and room slippers from housekeeping which are basically provided at every 5 star hotels. But due to covid maybe this was done.
