Excellent choice for a comfortable stay in Mussoorie. The rooms are very spacious and the service was commendable. The close proximity to Mall road is an added advantage. The front office staff were kind enough to suggest viable transport options for visiting nearby areas Highly recommended for fellow tourists!!

The restaurant staff are inadequate in numbers to match up with the service. Owing to the seasonal rush, there were lot of guests and the staff was finding it difficult to maintain the service levels (especially during breakfast hours). They were trying their best though. There was a minor issue in the bathroom which was rectified by the staff during the next day daily cleaning service.

The hotel and staff are really nice, food was average but the staff accommodated all our requests

The location is awful, we went in June - I will not advice anyone to book a hotel anywhere near Mall road or library chowk. We were stuck in traffic for hours in our car on a hill climb which damaged clutch. To add to the woe Police managing the traffic is like goons they blocked the way to Hotel and I was stranded for hours with nowhere to go. Hotel though helped in whatever way they could

The location is really good. You get to see the sunrise and the whole valley. Walkable distance from mall road. Food was really good. They also had a mini lunch buffet. The breakfast buffet was delicious. On Saturday and Sunday, they have live music performance in the evening, which was really great. The rooms were very spacious. We were upgraded to rooms with a balcony view. So, I really enjoyed the view.

Best about this Hotel is the location, very close to the happening area of Mussoorie and easy access to other spots. Breakfast was good, good variety and service. If you are staying in valley view room with balcony, ready to be surprised with the view from room - its excellent.

Room could have been bit bigger, however given the location of hotel its still preferred.

👎 The water heater capacity to be increased as the hot water may become an issue if family wants to shower in immediate turns. Noticed during my stay some other guest screamed at reception for the same issue. probably hotel may think of central water heater 😊. Also please resume the bornfire in winters😃 . We walked to another hotel Welcome ITC to experience the bornfire in chilly winter evening.

ITC fortune has a perfect location, also the staff is highly courteous and helpful. They were extremely polite and made our overall stay very pleasant. Thank you!

Probably you can improve the cleanliness of rooms. It was not dirty but you can do a little more than just satisfactory.

Well located and upgraded rooms. Very hospitable staff at the reception and at the restaurants. We got a complimentary upgrade to room with balcony being long staying guests.

Enterance to the Hotel a bit restrictive otherwise fabulous

The location was right in the heart of the city. The presidential suite was excellent, ideal for a group of friends or family with children. The singer on the weekend was just too good.

The food options and the service at the restaurant definitely had room for improvement.

Nice Property, Nice Location, Nice Rooms and Staff is very helpful and very Welcoming, eventually during breakfast despite full rush they were giving excellent service. Food is also Very Nice and Tasty, Only there is 1 Problem cannot use Balcony due to Monkey Problem
