Contacting hotel over the phone was not easy Airconditioning was not as good as it should be. Paid for driver’s accommodation but he was not given basic things like duvet or comforter. It was a cold weather. There was a bad odor and frequent noise coming from somewhere. One should understand that Driver needs good rest for next day driving.

Great hotel, exceptional staff and their can-do and Will-do attitude towards customer care. Excellent choice of vegetarian cuisine and within 2km of the Shreenathji temple. Special thanks to the executive chef Mr Thakre, the restaurant team lead from Babli, Rooms manager Rahul Bhanot and front desk team, concierge… Ashish and Vandan Singh. Thanks

Very supportive staff, especially Ms. Jheel who is looking after travel to the city, Airport and Temple. Restaurant people are very helpful and serve very delicious vegetarian food. Enjoyed the stay without hassles.

There is nothing to say so

A place beyond expectations in a town like Nathdwara. Customer first approach was visible right from front desk manager till assistants. So was the approach from Chef to Restaurant services. Place was Was not noisy at all! Peaceful place Adjoining Mall and multiplex makes every member of a family happy :-) Wish to make it as Preferred destination for Nathdwara for us and our group.

Bathrooms - Showers - Pressure system need to be augmented. Executive Suits need exclusivity in terms of that too :-)

Cleanliness and staff are exceptional. Mr. Vadan is a very helpful person. He guided us for darshan timings, arranged for shuttles and also provided thorough information on what to do. Highly appreciated.

their cleaning staff is not as much alert we called them saveral time for cleaning our room during pur stay but nobody came to clean our room ... rest of the services n food n amenities was good its just we don't like their room service cleaning staff who didn't bother to clean our house n ignored the requeat

One of the best property currently at Nathdwara. Staff is courteous & very humble. small requests were looked into with care. We wanted to have Darshan in the morning & car was available at disposal. Although far of from temple but the facility is superb. This is the second visit to this property.

A good property in Nathdwara if you are used to travelling with comfort and want to avoid staying at the other ashrams, community resorts in Nathdwara. The food is particularly good and the service is excellent. Rooms are clean and as per Raddisson standards. They have a good gym and pool on the rooftop. The property itself is new and well located, if you have your own car, going to the temple is quick and easy. They also provide a cot for infants.

Rooms could have been slightly bigger, so that people travelling with infants can get more space.

The staff was helpful and courteous. Especially Ms. Payal and Mr. Anjani Singh in charge of the restaurant.

The options and spread at the dinner buffet and Breakfast could incorporate some healthy options including some vegan lactose free, sugar free options.

New Hotel opened 2 months back, we were amang few guest staying in property. Room was facing Siva Status on 11th floor, Height of total 14 floors. Top floor Fusion restaurant, Gym, Swimming Pool. All were best. Food was yummy yummy. Staffs were very helpful n cooperative. Will stay again whenever visit nathdwara.
