Facilities and staff were really good. I liked the food from the hotel, it was delicious. The security was very helpful in transferring the luggage and otherwise also.

The location was bit off, as it is located a bit isolated from the main highway and I could not really find the proper location to the hotel via grab, and was annoying to tell the driver exact location and needed assistance from the hotel staff to communicate with driver.

It was a reallyy good hotel for the price. Good for a short term stay like waiting for your flight etc. They gave me an early check in as well. Kapil and Pawan were very helpful with everything and specially helped with booking a taxi which was a bit hard because of the language barrier. I had a little snack but it was very nice and the masala tea was amazing 👌

No hair dryer 😆 but it cannot be considered as a problem considering the price.

over all good properties, location good but the road to this property is horrible. room was small but good condition.

i didn’t like the staff communication horrible poor, they constantly steering my wife. poor communication. lift was not working properly. no drinking water, rest of the things okay

During our recent trip to Delhi, we decided to stay near the airport for convenience. We were fortunate enough to come across the Hotel Olivia, which we highly recommend. The rooms were immaculate, and the food we ordered through room service was top-notch. The hotel also served us a scrumptious breakfast, which was an added bonus. Overall, we found the hotel to be great value for money, and the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating.

Great location near to the airport, large room, comfy bed, nice breakfast.

Reception staff are inconsistent as sometimes they want payment before you check in and other times it’s when you leave … would still stay here though!

I think for Indian standards this hotel is awesome. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help you in your inquiries. Breakfast is also good, hot water, everything you need is there.

I think the bed sheets and towels could be cleaner, but other than that no complains.

first thing first, hotel is cool but rooms are not same as shown in photos. A guy working there at room service misbehaving with my girlfriend aah! ridiculous rest things were good.

They were charging too much for beers! lol

The property was moderate and the hygiene was not that bad and the price was reasonable for staying. we almost stayed 5days. one of the staff working name MR. Ranveer was superb and manage to solve our issues on time. at the same time Mr.Subrat also was good in maintaining our needs, at last Mr.Mahendar was positive and friendly and 5 star for his positivity.

I was not happy with the staff in the reception on the first day, the name of the staff is Mr. Rakesh and we had the worst experience with him and his behavior. the good thing about him, he helped us with printing out and he charged 20 rupees for 5 blank pages. I hope the management should take into consideration these issues.
