Overall attitude of the staff was very positive. They were always eager to help, and at times went out of their way to make our stay a more pleasant one. There was one person in particular - NITIN SHARMA - at reception/front desk, who was exceptional. I had situations with my overseas colleagues from Japan, which he accommodated in a seamless manner. Hope the management recognizes such exceptional talents.

1) Entrance to the property is a bit "indistinct". 2) If the lobby area could be expanded a little, then this property should get a better image.

Loved the hospitality, the staff was particularly helpful - everywhere including chefs, housekeeping and reception staff. Vishnu at reception and Jaiprakash in the kitchen were brilliant in their service.

Breakfast was quite basic, and can certainly be improved. Also, watch out for the high prices around conferences.

The hotel management was very friendly. The hotel was neat and clean.

I visited in winters so I know there should be heaters but the room was boiling it was so hot. And was not able to control heater temperature

We had an amazing stay at Savoy Suites Gr. Noida. I actually got a room upgrade which was the cherry on top. The Suite was just wonderful !! Everything was on the finest side. The staff were very professional and their service was quick. Our phone wasn't working, I asked Mr. Nitin Sharma at the reception if he could do anything about it, in just 5 mins a technician was there to fix the problem. Nitin is a very kind, polite and helpful person who made our very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was also very tasty and there were lots of different dishes and cuisines to choose from. I'll be definitely be staying here again when I visit Gr. Noida in future. 10/10 for everything !!

Everything was perfect except the front space of the hotel. The car parking needs some renovation at the earliest. Rest everything was perfect !!

Staff courtesy, have to say they were prompt , proactive and resolved my concerns. They upgraded me to a suite without asking as they had availability. Still count as good gesture to me. Good quality food.

Location, not their fault but the entrance was all dug up by authority and you have to enter through diverted route. Also parking is there but not managed.

The staff are really cooperative and professional. Mohit and Vinay at reception made sure to consider all our requests. Food is amazing and at reasonable pricing, although the options in menu are limited. The rooms were well cleaned and sanitized.

Suite rooms are perfect but the matress used in studio are 2 single mattresses on a king size bed which was a bit of inconvenience

As am your regular guest so please as per your commitment last time for No extra charges added for my next trip as you added 500/- extra for only two hrs earlier check in so you promised me for no any extra charges added on my next trip. so please remind & do the same as per your commitment because am your permanent guest. otherwise property is awesome that’s why am choosing always Savoy Suits in Greater Noida stay. The quality of the rooms are superb. The staff is very helping and professional. Mr Mohit at reception really gave us the Savoy treatment which will bring us back shortly to the property.

Problem with air conditioner which was sorted out but unable to regulate the temperature from our room.
