Cleanliness, Staff Behaviour and overall ambience

Hotel refused to accept digital payment for food bill at late night, while my departure was in early morning, it was not informed earlier, I had to go out at night for cash withdrawal from ATM. This was not expected. The car I had booked for a station drop from the travel desk of the hotel, the driver was demanding extra money, and was unwilling to drop me at the station, was asking me to get dropped off almost 800 mtrs before station, while I denied to get off he ultimately dropped us at station. The Hotel shall look into such things and take action.

The property is conveniently located near Karol Bagh market, yet tucked away in a quiet lane, offering both accessibility and tranquility. The room was comfortable, and the staff were cordial. Additionally, the check-out process was quick and efficient.

We stayed at the hotel for one night and requested that breakfast be served in our room at 7 AM, as we had an early flight to catch. I had to speak with the staff multiple times to confirm the arrangement, and they eventually agreed. However, the breakfast was not brought to the room as promised. In the end, I had to carry it to the room myself, which felt quite awkward and unprofessional.

The managers of the hotel were so nice and supportive. They had helped us to plan our trip to Agra. They also had allowed us to check out late. Our Delhi stay was much joyful because of them.

The location is quite busy and amidst a market road full of people. It’s hard for vehicles to reach hotel. The room service lacks sleeper and the shower handle was found broken.

I don’t normally stay in hostels but this was perfect – the beds are comfortable, and the rooms are quiet despite the fact that if you want to, you can spend time outside with other travelers and the staff – who, by the way, were exceptional. Mr pankaj and Mr Surendra are really went out of her way to make sure everyone got what they needed, whether it was directions, recommendations, or help with their transportation. I had a great time meeting everyone and socializing yet when I wanted to, I could get a quiet night’s sleep.”

Everything was really great and comfortable. All the services were really good. Room was comfortable. Service was quick. Apart from hot water issue everything else is 100% good. I would recommend people to stay in this hotel

Hot water problem. Every room should have geyser. They have a Central heating facility. Due to this you have to first pour 3 buckets of cold water.. Throw it. And then fill hot water. This is wastage of water.

The hotel is good for a budget stay

The toilet are little bit messy and the star over charge for food and everything. Be careful with the staffs.

we got a very good deal from booking.com, and the staffs was so so helpful and friendly , room was very good more the our expectation. good was delicious. location quite difficulty to find out first time but it is very near to karol bagh main market. thank you

If you are looking for hotel in center of delhi with good connectivity then this is best option. Also prefer your booking with breakfast included, theh cook very tasty breakfast. This hotel is in karol baug market so you can enjoy shopping.

The check in staff behaved strangely and said that your booking.com reservation is cancelled with no justification. they demanded extra money ( around Rs 1100 extra). I showed the on spot confirmation ftom booking.com and after much discussion the person accepted the same payment as was given on my reservation from booking.com The front office dealings need fine tuning and staff need to have customer friendly attitude

The location of the hotel is conveniently superb well connected to markets and the accessible to good eateries. And mostly close to the metro station. Further, the room service foods are well enough and competes with the restaurant outsides and even the prices are competitive.

The toilets are quite congested and slippery. Went there during the cold but the AC were not made warm and not provided with heater
