It was a luxurious property right in front of the beach. Spacious rooms .Private beach. Snacks served at morning and evening time was an innovative idea. Buffet breakfast was excellent. My son had fever so upon request they send the breakfast for my son. All the staffs were very polite and courteous. Everyone was too eager to help. Huge property and extremely well maintained

Nothing as such . Only that I was travelling with children and we had requested for a side by side room , which was initially not provided . But within 30 mins they corrected their mistake and provided an interconnecting room. So nothing to complain about

Location was excellent. Especially private beach is very clean Ambience excellent, staff were very courteous. I could have given a better room, though i booked through Booking.com, the selection of room might be like that.

Room could have been better than what i got. Occupancy was less, so they could have upgraded.

The opulence, richness in heritage, retained features from decades ago, genuine attempt to carry on the legacy of the place!

Excellent infrastructure and design. Fantastic rooms and designer beds and baths. The games room and swimming pools were amazing. The private beach is amazing

The staff were charming and friendly - especially in the restaurant. If anything they were slightly over attentive - but very well meaning. The spa was excellent, we had a very good reflexology treatment.

Very well maintained property and amenities. Friendly and cordial staff that makes you feel at ease. Wonderful variety in food options on a daily basis despite the sheer number of dishes available in the buffet. The complimentary tea for sunrise and sunset is a nice touch.

car park is a bit cramped and the birds do tend to poop on the cars. would have loved a better beach experience, but monsoon was not the time for it.

We had great stay in Mayfair hotel. Place is cozy and has own sharm. Stunning ocean view and nice pool. Food was delicious and stuff friendly and professional. We will have so many great memories about this place and would be happy to came back.

1. Staffs attention during breakfast/lunch/dinner. 2. not getting dinning space easily to have a comfortable fooding. 3. Vehicle washing facility not available and it should be complimentary.

The service was prompt and courteous. The food was excellent. The property was maintained well and neatly too. It was a pleasure walking around the property, the sea beach and other facilities.
