Room reminded me of the extended stay in U.S.A liked by business travelers, Liked the extended space for office desk Staff is very helpful and attends to small things like nail clipper, extra towel promptly The breakfast was a big bang for the money. Did not expect this good variety and also the taste and quality of some items were satisfactory.

Could introduce bigger rooms for families relocating as part of job, otherwise this is perfect for solo, business travelers and is also couple friendly. Restaurant could be open for business travelers arriving in odd hours which can be a good boost.

Location especially for someone who is transiting through Pune by road. Cleanliness of the property and the room in particular. Staff was helpful except for some issues which need attention from the management.

Was travelling with my pet dog and while making the booking thru Booking.com I had mentioned it. But during checkin I was asked for the vaccination records of my pet which I dint have as nothing regarding this was mentioned in the booking confirmation email. I request that you ensure that communication of this nature is clearly made. I could not find anything with regards to this stipulation even on your website. It could avoid a lot of commotion and anxiety.

Taste wise, food - it's simply out of the world. Lunch was super delicious. Taste of all the menu items was delicious. Rooms were clean and nice. View from window is eye movement.

Breakfast and dinner menu needs to be redesigned. My suggestion is the staff behaviour and clarity on the timings of dinner. We had been told it's available till 11pm. However, the moment we walked in at 10.07pm, the lady attending the dinner told us that buffet will shut down in by 10.30pm. We thought she was a little rude. we could opt for à la carte option which we didn't wanted. Price quoted for dinner was 685+taxes, however, we were charged about 980 including taxes. Morning breakfast - same staff. Just work on this factor. Front desk and entrance staff - 100% great job. No wonder so many guests were ordering from local restaurants.

The staff are true rockstars, we stayed for 6 days and the attention to detail we received was on another level. The chef , the waiters millad and Sonya made us feel special everyday. Abdul at housekeeping takes his work so seriously loved the attention to detail. From check in till the day we left , everything was 5 star. Well done guys.

Staff was very cooperative. Girl at Reception name Siddhi was very helpful and very hospitable person. TV was not working in room but it was fixed within few minutes after informing reception.

Bed was very uncomfortable. Mattress needs an upgrade. Bathroom aminities were not proper. Only one towel was kept in the room. When the occupancy was for 2 adult. No soap in bathroom. There need to be extra pillows in double room. Only 1 pillow per person is not enough. Even 2 star hotels now a days provide with 2 pillows per person.

The hotel is in a surprisingly quiet area of Pune. Staff was very friendly (with special thanks to Arjit for the floor service) and all were speaking English. The breakfast also offered good options for foreigners as well as Indians.

The night view was magnificent, the washroom service could have been better, bed was comfortable and bouncy super helpful for couples, overall a fantastic day and Ibis always delivers the best experience here out in Pune. Keep up the good work guys.

pros: 1. amazing customer relationship protocol followed by all the staff members. Mohibul at reception was amazing, won our hearts and also the staff at breakfast room were very courteous. 2. Breakfast was limited but nice 3. Allowed pets 4. Gave me water whenever i asked for without any charges. 5. nice and quiet area 6. super comfortable beds

cons 1. far from center 2. quality of the juices and dosas weren't great. i wish they had couple more items cooked to perfection. 3. water pressure was less 4. water clogging in the shower (could just be my room) 5. rooms are small 6. refrigerator smelled and didn't work 7. quality of the liquid soap wasn't great

Breakfast was good but priced very high.. not worth... Reception were good and helpful. I will not recommend this for family. But very good for Business visits if your business is close to Hinjewadi. This facility is better and valuable than nearby Orchid or Holiday Inn where i have stayed before few times.

It is a small restaurant and a simple bar. It does not matter but the F&B manager or somebody (a lady) frequents this place and conducts meeting in the same place paying least attention to guests and their privacy. One of the steward was drinking some juice (with or without alcohol) right in front of me not noticing that i am watching and happily eating the snacks. at least they can do these behind partitions or somewhere back office.
