The manager or my be reception head ajinkya was very helpfull and kind , also the the housekeeping staff Amol was kind & helpfull and was availble to service anytime, Satyam who serves breakfast was also quick &helpfull. This 3 people made the stay comfortable.

The girl in reception i found her a little rude , coz the rom she offered was not good and despite having rooms & me requesting her to change the room she dint gave , but thanks to ajinkya the manager i guess was kind enough to make changes .

The room was clean and cosy. The staff were friendly and helpful. Had a great time with friends at the location.

Parking was an issue, as the vehicles were to be parked behind another and if you want to take the vehicle out, it was a task. The geyser was not that helpful as the water wasn't even Luke warm. The TV was of no use as all the channels were for paid subscription and free channels were only a few which we usually ignore.

It's worst and pathetic.... Satff fight from front desk ..house keeping....restaurant all are uneducated morons..and arrogant........it's worst ever hotel o visited........

The location was good and rooms were big - lovely hot shower.

The sheets did not look clean with stains on the bedding , there was a notice that said eggs were available for breakfast but this was not the case

Room was nice very decent 👌

Mattress was poor quality over used. Need to be changed. Bedsheet had a hole in it. Bathroom had no exhaust, had Stale & Bad smell all the time. Breakfast was Poor as all Treebo Hotels.

locationwise it was very convenient as we arrived by train and it was close to the station. Breakfast was fair as the milk for the coffee was very watery which was ok for cornflakes. Earlier when we stayed at this hotel coffee was prepared and kept in a hot pot which I missed this time as it tasted very watery. Thanks.

Rooms were good, however they have to improve the position of AC which is bit away from your BED and hence it take time to cool but then afterwards its OK, so if this can be done then more comfort will come. + Bath tub should be provided with all its required accessories to use it at its full. These are minimum thing but could add more value to customer and its experience.

Need to improve location of AC in room + Refrigrator need to be provided + Bath tub accessories need to be provided to use it

Hotel management is good and also food is tasty

There was a little bit of dust on the bed and washroom liquid was not refilled. But they attended our requirements quickly.

property is excellent. Breakfast was very well managed by the staff. Taste was also good.

Due to old property there was a leakage in bathroom which created messiness all over. Water was sinking all over the floor. Need to renovate or fix this issue. Bathtub tiles were not clean black fungus was grown. Cleanliness need to maintained in bathroom. Faced powercut issue. Kettle was not working.

Staff was co- operative, cleanliness at its best, best location, good breakfast every morning, 24/7 hot water facility, overall good environment.

Service was very slow, you have to ask for things many times, these things like towels, water bottles, napkins etc should already be there in the room.
