I have traveled extensively in India as well as globally. I am very well accustomed to Indian Hospitality. However, over the 3 days that we stayed at The Hans Coco Palms, the staff have completely redefined the concept and notion of hospitality. I am truly amazed as to how nice, caring, helpful the entire staff at The Hans Coco Palms, is. The memories of our stay will truly be dominated by the people and we cannot thank them enough for their truly amazing hospitality.

If it were possible to add a lift in the property, it would be incredibly helpful - particularly for the elderly.

Lot of workers were at work due to wedding season. This is a damper. It takes away the privacy component of being in a vacation whether you are a couple, family or solo traveller. Would not recommend because of above. Travellers should Check ahead before booking if the property has taken wedding dates. Best to avoid booking around those dates.

The hospitality of housekeeping and upendra bhaiya and team at the restaurant was amazing

The non co operation and uptight attitude of the front desk and the rude behaviour of the manager. They need to learn from their junior team of staff of how to talk and behave with guests. Zero knowledge of money handling.

Breakfast is not upto the mark.

Night receiption staff. They are behaving just like a bus stop guest house. Washroom upgradation required. Not matching with room quality as well as room tarrif.

Nice location Excellent food

Complain resolve time was too much. Old property so maintainance was also not Upto the mark. First day AC not working, geaser not working. Geaser problem not resolved throughout our stay. Electric kettle was very old - taking forever to heat the water.

Location is very beautiful, greenery is awesome and sea view from balcony gives a joy, it is awesome. Staff is very friendly and cooperative. Nice stay!!!!

we have been hear earlier and busted after a gap of 6/7 years and the facility had not been maintained at the earlier standards. the hotel needs to be kept with the times and maintained regularly. the tariff has gone up substantially but facility and upkeep has gone down.

Good atmosphere and good surroundings with nice garden and pool outside the room. Breakfast was okay. Rooms were spacious.

Room was poorly lit and bathrooms were little uncomfortable since the toilet was very low. No lift to the basement room

Excellent property bang on the beach with impeccable service levels and amazing staff. Well maintained swimming pool, super clean rooms and a nice restaurant although a bit on the expensive side with limited menu, but great quality food. Overall amazing stay.

Food choice is limited and quite expensive. Bikes/ Bicycles on rent would be a great valuation addition as it is little away from the main swargadwar area
