I must say that my stay at Sai Celebration was amazing. It was simple and easy to access everything we needed. After checking in, we encountered a minor issue with one of the rooms. However, the staff at the front desk was very efficient and attentive, resolving the issue immediately. A big plus was when we were almost late for breakfast, the staff called each room to remind us to come down. This level of service is not something all hotels offer, and I was impressed by their attention to detail. I also noticed that the management handled the staff well, and the team was dedicated to providing excellent service. My aunt needed hot water for her medication tea, and the staff accidentally threw away her herbal teas, which she had brought in a large bottle for her stay in India. However, the female staff member handled the situation well and recovered the teas immediately. We have stayed in many hotels in Shirdi over the years, but this time was truly special. I would like to especially thank two staff members - Staff Mayank ( Front Office Manager) and Staff Abishek for their exceptional service. Thank you for a blessed stay at Sai Celebration.

Your stay is good and your restaurant food too good.

Could you please keep a big table in the room with a kettle, tea, coffee and milk. Also provide with fresh towels and hand towels. There no place to hang clothes apart of your wardrobe. Garbage bins not cleared on daily basis. There's no light above the mirror for dressing. In room 301 the location of the mirror is in wrong place. Electric wire is kept ready for the light of the dressing table but not installed. Toilets WC not cleaned everyday. Could you keep a room freshner in the bathroom as well as in the room.

Spic and span cleanliness, room service, varied menu. Perhaps, most of all, the kindness, assistance of Mac, the manager. He was incredibly generous, with his time, and with his skill in resolving our travel obstacles(train, flight and bus)…Bravo!

Sometimes the laundry was late; try to have small bills ready if you don’t have the UPI app.

It was a good experience with the sai celebration inn. We had booked 2 rooms for the family. But rooms were not available on the same floor.. so the hotel manager suggested a sweet room which was comfortable. Rooms are clean and staff are very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to the kitchen staff for helping me prepare food for my 7 month old son. Also, provided the drop and pickup to Sai mandir. Breakfast was good and very tasty. Suggest to select these hotels if you want to stay at Shirdi.

We wish the hotel was more accommodating of the needs of guests to extend the stay by a few hours beyond check out time. We came to Shirdi by the Vande Bharat Express (arrives at noon, departs at 5:45 PM). We requested to extend our checkout by four hours. We were quoted an exorbitant price, and then we were told it was not possible. Unfortunately, the hotel has no waiting area where we could even rest comfortably! Another major problem: the hotel was unable to accept our international Visa card.

The property is quite new so cleanliness and service staff is good.The inhouse restaurant and food was also great.Saroj one of the service is quite helpful.There is also pickup and drop off service available to the Saibaba temple.

The only issue I faced on the trip was that there was an issue with the flush one time in the morning which got sorted out offcourse and yeah the water doesnt drain quite easily after taking a shower...so might want to look onto that.

The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Hasslefree checkin. Theres enough parking area in the property. The breakfast was served hot and fresh, though they could include a fruit in the menu.

The hotel could keep a hot water kettle in the room. There were no racks in the bathroom to keep clothes. A night lamp is important for senior occupants. These are suggestions for improvement. Liked the hotel so no complaints.

Modern construction, new good quality and clean bathroom. Professional, efficient and courteous staff. Smooth check in/out. Prompt pick and drop service to Temple in a clean new car with polite driver.

Bed linen didn't feel very fresh/ clean. No drinking water in the room. No kettle/tea coffee making facility in the room.
