Location of the property is good. It is near to Guruvayur Temple and railway station which is 5 mins and 15 mins respectively.

House Keeping needs to be taken care something like dryers are not available in some rooms, no dustbin covers are placed, and no proper toiletries. Restaurants taste is good but for the breakfast price they charge the buffet is less. There is no desert, no sweets, only one fruit, only one variety of Kellogg’s, etc.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Excellent staff right from front desk to house keepers. They go above and beyond to make you happy.

The menu could use some change. Especially snacks and dinner. Also the room service hours could have been flexible. Customers could really use a cup of coffee or tea early hours and the hotel starts offering even beverages after 7.30 am.

Location. My personal preference is to choose a location closer to guruvayur temple as the aim of stay is that mainly. However it was my bad I read somewhere this facility is just 300 m far from the temple and upon reaching realized that it is 1.5 km away.

The food was good, the breakfast, lunch and dinner. They have a limited menu but tasty food though. The strategic location of the premises gave us great opportunities to have multiple darshans at the Krishna temple which was the main objective of our visit.

We expected better amenities like some basic games, entertainment for the kids and a swimming pool would have been apt.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sterling Guruvayur. The staff was super sweet and accommodating. Special mention to the Chef, he made the most amazing South Indian food. I loved the pickle, so he packed me some for my trip back home. I would highly recommend people to stay at this location, its closer to most of the temples and again the food is amazing.

Good value for money. Morning breaky was outstanding with variety of food available and tasty too. The Gentleman in charge was working hard to make sure guests are happy and they get what they need. Excellent customer care from him. Well done to him

Location is bit far from the temple

Awesome place to stay! Very friendly staffs! If you are planning to visit Guruvayoor temple then Sterling is near to the Mammiyoor temple(walk-able). You would need to take a auto/taxi to reach Guruvayoor.

We had a Pleasant stay. The staff were very courtes and were co operative even when we checked in very late in the night provided us with all possible assistance over all very good place to stay very close to the temple.

None that I can think of

spacious , and the premium rooms have extra bed attached to it . very good condition

can’t think of anything . may be the fact that I wanted to make a local call from the hotel room ( which was very urgent )and they don’t have that facility even though I was ready to pay . for emergencies hotel should have that option
