During my stay at the Hotel Mount View Comfirts, I had the pleasure of experiencing an exceptional level of hospitality from the entire team. Hard Water in the Bathroom.

The hotel is clean and tidy and located at around 20 km away from the temple. Hotel staff is very polite and cooperative. I stayed there a night during my visit to tirupati balaji. It was the first time and I reached around at 8 am in the morning. They arranged a nice room for me in just 15mins and allowed early check-in without any charge.

There is nothing like that. I like the hotel and staff very much and am planning my next stay in hotel Mount View comfort.

Extremely helpful staff. Mr Kiran was always there to help. Nice clean rooms. The bed was comfortable. The bath was clean. Reception, check-in and check-out was very smooth.

There should be a kitchen. The staff organises the food from surrounding restaurants, and we can order online through the delivery apps, but a kitchen would have been good. Having a small fridge in the room would have helped as well especially to keep medicines.

My stay was fantastic! The room was clean, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was fresh, and the linens felt crisp and inviting. The bathroom was spotless, with everything well-maintained. It was clear that cleanliness was a priority throughout the hotel, which made my stay all the more relaxing. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable experience!

Very prompt friendly response from staff. They are very polite and able to converse in tamil and eng. Their standard in English is very High, being a Singaporean it was very convenient and able to understand what they are saying or what our request is. Like wise the staffs understanding of our request was rating to 10/10. I like to wish and special thanks to Mr Lokaah, Mr Rajinikanth and Mr Thamu. Keep it up, continue to keep your standards high. I came at 1:30 AM post midnight and usually I'm skeptic of the staff in new cities and hotels who handle work after midnight. Mr Sagar was not only available but also catered to all my needs at night. the room was in mint condition and his team was my disposal. He made sure I woke up on time for my early morning meeting by taking my wake up call seriously. Breakfast was great too. The management was very assistive in providing me transportation for Chittoor at best price and the person was guaranteed by Mr Sagar. the room service and housekeeping are top notch for the price at which I have my room. Mr Sagar was also very helpful in providing my assistance beyond his limits for Tirupathi Balaji Darshan. I highly recommend this Hotel to anyone who visits Tirupathi. 10 stars all the way

We happened to book our stay at Hotel Mount View. We liked their service in terms of cleanliness, room service and support provided by them during our travels within city. I would recommend this property who is looking for comfort stay with value for money

Having in premises restaurant will help us lot specially for families having kids.

It’s a nice property at proper location and the staff is very professional and well behavioured. He (Sagar) helped us for getting the tokens of Tirumala darshan like where u hv to reach for that and at what time. We asked for checkout at 1:30 PM instead of 12:00 and they allowed. This little efforts from the hotel side give a cherish moments for the customer.

Breakfast facility if would be there then it’s a great point to the hotel

My stay at this hotel was memorable, Initially I was rigid about my decision about booking a hotel away from the city centre. After one day of staying my decision changed, Hotel staff were so cordial and hygienic . I have a prebook cab for A thiruttani temple, unfortunately the driver didn't turn up but the manager in the hotel drove me to temple Thiruttani. Their efforts to provide the best service is very appreciable.

Well equipped and Clean rooms. Well behaved staff and Value for Money. It was my first visit to Tirupati and I can't recommend this place enough. Kiran was extremely polite and helpful, also he arranged for darshan too. I would recommend this to anyone confused about which place too book when you are coming to Tirupati.
