Rooms and Food Feeling like home

Everything is good about this property. It is just next to railway station and in the same building as bus terminus. The rooms are spacious and the facilities are good too. This is the first property I have seen where the passages are so wide that you can take your morning walk on the floor itself. The breakfast spread was good and had good variety. The staff was polite and provided everything we needed promptly. There was not much paperwork required for check-in. There are various restaurants around this property and eating out is not a problem. One of the gate of Sayaji Baug is not very far. There is a theatre nearby too. I would definitely recommend this property. (The only thing is that our room no 517, did not have any window. But there are rooms with windows too.)

The room was very clean, staff helpful and breakfast was tasty and offered quite a few options, including sweets and fruit. Location near the station is practical. Shower was great.

Initially a staff member did not want to accept the price made out by booking and wanted to charge us the going price for walk in customers. The practical location incurs an amount of hassle with local tuktuk drivers and beggars, as well as noise and polluted air.

First Thing, Purely professional and humble staff. Second thing, Location is just amazing and has a lot more food options attached to the same building. Third thing, rooms are so comfortable. Last thing, I got an early check-in of 3 hrs complimentary.

First thing, Sunday Jaipur & Chandigarh is far far better than this hotel. This is Pure 4* Hotel without a pool, basically I was in room 450 so I had to walk about 100 meters every time I needed to get into my room, No one took my baggage so it was really hard. Second thing, this is a pure non-smoking hotel and there is no option to smoke in any condition. Third thing, there is Sunday mark on top of the building and I needed to ask people for entry gate as it was invisible till you know the exact entry gate Last thing, I had to park my car on my own every time.

The taxi arranged by the hotel reception did not act in a professional manner The hotel booked me a driver from the hotel to the statue of unity back to Ahmedabad airport. My driver literally pulled up in the middle of nowhere in an unlit dirt road and said I need to go with a new driver. He also demanded I must pay him as well 6500 upfront first. Honestly I haven’t encountered such reckless behaviour in all my years

One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious breakfast that was served each morning. The food was fresh and well-prepared, and there was a great selection to choose from. Overall, I would highly recommend the Sunday Hotel to anyone visiting Baroda. The hotel offers a perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and hospitality, making it the perfect place to stay for both business and leisure travelers.

The Person at check in counter is very helpful, allow me early check in smoothly. Very close to station. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Staff is very co operative. Value for money.

The only thing i didn't like is, there is no staff to drop your luggage to the room. you have to do it on your own. Nothing more negative about it.

I have travelled the world, I am from Italy and I have visited all the major cities of India. Lastly I was in Delhi where I had to pay 7000 Indian currency to get a hotel and still that hotel cleanliness was pathetic. I am having allergies to dust and I also have hygiene issue. I always look for the best hotel to stay due to these reasons. Let me tell you I have never seen such a clean hotel room during my stay time in India. You people are doing a fabulous job. This hotel has just been perfect in all and all.

Without doubt one of the favourite hotels I stayed during my time in Vadodara. Upon arrival I was warmly welcomed by the reception staff, the staff was extremely friendly and well mannered. The rooms were big with all the standard amenities what a business traveller will ever look for. The hygiene and cleaning part of the room was well taken care of. The restaurant was having a modern decor with professional staff who served delicious food. All the local delicacies present in the buffet were made to perfection by the chefs. All over it was an amazing experience.
