All the food I sampled was excellent. But most of all I was struck by the kindness and helpfulness of all the staff at this hotel. Speaking as an older, solo traveller I was so impressed by the consideration and care of all the staff towards me.The bar man in particular was consistently cheerful and very amusing company which was important for me being a solo traveller. General cleanliness on site was very good.

The shower drainage was poor as the bathroom tended to get flooded when the shower was used. The choice of drinks in the bar was very limited. no wine at all. The gaps between the steps going down into the swimming pool were too great for me to manage so I was unable to use the pool.

The property is beautiful, it has a pool and a poolside bar with music. We especially liked the rooms. They have a living room and a bedroom with an accessible balcony. All rooms are pool-facing. The cleanliness is top-notch. The beach is very near however, it's not accessible from within the property. They had Android TVs so you can enjoy OTTs.

What could have been better is the breakfast. Good amount of items but we didn't like the taste. The property is small, you don't have anything to explore. It just ends with your stay and a pool. There is no place you can leave your toddlers in their care. You can stay here at most for 2 days at a stretch. It feels boring after some time. The location is great as you can reach Colva and Cavelossem in no time. The internet is very slow here.

Wonderful place for a family holiday We stayed here with my family and friends( 6 adults n 4 kids 2 year to 5 years old) , and I must say that it was a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the friendly and professional staff who went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, and we even got a room upgrade. The hotel's location was also ideal, with easy access to the beach, few good restaurants, and the minimart. Our rooms were near the pool, making it easy to keep a watch on the kids while they were in the pool. The food at the restaurant was delicious and we enjoyed the dinner at the bar with live music. Overall, we had a good experience at the property and a comfortable stay.

- Early Check-in and late Check-out was possible. We were allowed to take a shower in the evening on Check-out day. - Everyday room Service was very nice, new towels were provided. - During our stay we were upgraded for free to a higher room category. - Breakfast was good, you can order all kind of eggs from the kitchen. Different teas, coffee and cornflakes were available.

- Sunbeds and umbrellas at the swimming pool would be very good. - Menu was different from the actual cost (taxes and sometimes wrong price) - No fridge in the rooms

- The property is newly built and has a very cosy vibe. - It feels like a calm and peaceful housing society with a pool in the center and live music during the evenings. - All the staff is very warm, welcoming, always ready to help and have a smile on their faces. - We enjoyed having food and drinks by the pool side with music in the background. - We would definitely like to visit again with our family. - Rooms were nice and spacious. - We were always connected with the hotel staff via WhatsApp. - Beach is located around 300 meters away. But the way to the beach is painfully quiet, can be a bit scary during late evenings.

- There are not so many activities one can do in the hotel premises. For example, they can have some recreational activities like karaoke or any games like table tennis, carrom, etc. Or have a library with different books.

very close to the beach, quiet area, staff was super polite and friendly. bed was comfortable , clean bed linen, towels . pool big enough for swimming . local restaurant , supermarket walking distance, 5-10 minutes.

we booked garden view which was not worth it but they gave us an upgrade. rooms were small nothing special like decorations etc second day buffet was closed due to less guests so breakfast was served on request.

Staff and check in as well as check out were good. Specially Alfiya at the desk and manager Ankit who upgraded our room. Quiet resort with a lovely pool. Evening music wS relaxing. The beach was only 5 mins walk and superb. Breakfast was well stocked and had large choices. All staff in the breakfast room were fab. The room was comfortable and the bed was massive.

Evening food could be better for the price. Room cleaning service at times forgot to replenish all materials for tea making.

The Staff is the highlight of the resort .. A special mention to Vinod and Jerry for making our stay very comfortable. Jerry and his colleagues get on the goa vibes.. The property is very hygienic and the proximity to one of the best beach is the cherry on the cake .. We had a fab time

The kitchen should be open a little longer . Also, buffet breakfast, though good, can have better options . There should be DJ and some programs for the weekend. The rooms should have Hot water throughout the day.

this property was a gem of a find. 300m or so from the beach with excellent attentive staff. Ankit the manager went out of his way to make us feel really special. Jerry, Deepak and the other staff had excellent service skills nothing was too much trouble. even making cocktails not on the menu. the fresh water pool and quaint bungalows masks this an intimate but excellent retreat. although going through some minor renovations this will only elevate the resort to a much higher standard. we will definitely be back

Any city is made by its people, similarly, this property, though already exceptional in its own, was even more astounding thanks to the people i.e., staff (everyone included)! Special mention to Mr. Ankit Khurana for making me feel like a complete Rockstar! Everyone here went above and beyond their duties to make sure our stay here was one of its kind! If i had to rate the property out of 10, i wud easily give a 100, yes a hundred! Thank you for making my weekend! I will always cherish this stay and the memories I made! Regards Shubham
