Location very good, cleanliness this time was spot on especially the wash rooms , staff very courteous and helpful, great service and facilities for guests, good restaurants and bar and dinning facilities too. Staff promptly asked for any laundry as well . Transport facilities available too.

Breakfast can be improved with more variety of breakfast items in non vegetarian and over all more variety of breakfast items all together, there should also be continental food in the in room dinning menu in addition to Indian and Chinese.

The room was neat and clean. The staff were friendly and especially the One's who were at the restaurant serving breakfast were very courteous. Breakfast was good. Central location to all major attractions.

The hotel is undergoing renovation and there were sounds of drill/hammering heard till 9PM, and early in the morning from 6AM there were similar noises coming from the construction site next door which can wake you up if you are a sensitive sleeper.

Really good value for money. 2 good restaurants, clean, staff super helpful, gym and pool. Initial room allocated on 4th floor shabby and noisy but no problem changing to quieter renovated room.

Only 3 loungers by pool. Seek new room if put into an unrenovated one. A lot of building work presently going close by so views not great, and potential for noise. But would stress very good value for money.

I really liked the ambience, interior and behaviour of the staff. Also breakfast was really good. Hightea experience was okayish. Rooms and the view was good. Pool and gym facilities makes it relaxing. And the resturant is must try!

Nothing much to dislike. Maybe add some options in hightea menu and veg starters provided in room. Otherwise it's alll good.

The lobby was bright and airy, and the room was very clean and comfortable. The upstairs restaurant was excellent, great food and atmosphere. There was a great spread of Indian breakfast, which was delicious. There was lots of hand sanitiser around and the staff were constantly cleaning the communal areas.

The pool was very cold and I'm not sure anybody approved of me swimming in it!

Got to learn that this hotel is part of the Mayuri group (Ramoji Film City at Hyderabad). That set expectations very high, given RFC being a famous place for awesome memories. The room was fabulous in facility, just about the right size and the bathroom with its tub was just what the doctor order after some 10 days of touring. The breakfast spread was out of the world. And the ushers there did an excellent job of queue management.

The ability to communicate at the reception needs a relook. The check-in receptionist at 4am was brusque, may be due to cultural nuances or due to lack of training .. whichever be the reason, that softness & welcoming tone was missing. 4am is NOT a time to get annoyed, but one could do with a little bit of politeness. The half-day charges weren't half-day, so to speak. They were ~three-fourth's of a day's charge. Should relook at these kind of usurious rates being levied.

Helpful and friendly staff throughout hotel. Food was fresh and hot.

Receiving phone calls and messages from managers via WhatsApp querying reviews I had not written. That is not why my mobile number is linked to my Booking.com account.
