Entrance appearance to be improved. Guest sitting arrangement to be improved @ Floor levels. Car parking area to be developed Looking for some kind of plants gardening decoration in open area's to attract customers/ to meet the customer experience being in a competitive market.

Great small place, the people were super friendly, the location was ok and the staff was very helpful. there was a small issue but the staff solved it immediately, and fairly clean I have no complaints.

It could be cleaner and the staff could speak better english but I guess that's ok for a place of this price range. Also, pillows are not very comfy, but also, is up to your taste. I really have no major complaints

Staff were helpful and cooperative.

Breakfast was not up to the mark. Solar water heater was not working. We had to use kettle provided by hotel to get hot water for taking bath. Normal Electric geyser in each room would be better and economical for them to save water.

I liked the location, cleanliness, size of the room, the amenities provided, clean bathroom and the behaviour of each and every staff from security to liftman to receptionist. It was a very nice stay.

The bed. It was not comfortable. My body was aching.

I love the people working there, all very helpful and tried their best to help out as much as possible, even the guard was always smiling at me. the location was good as well and overall very clean

A bit expensive in my opinion but compared to other countries of course is still cheap. Also I would like to have an alternative to the indian breakfast, because I can't take the spicy food

Overall, I had a great experience with the Eesha Elite; staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate a birthday. Morning breakfast comes to room on request, I would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting on pleasure trip, or Business trip.
