We were met at the villa by staff and given a tour of the facility. The villa is about 100 metres off the main road, so quiet, but close to everything. We loved the pool, high ceilings, air conditioning and fully functional kitchen. The villa was kept tidy and fresh bedding and towels were provided when needed. We had the ability to communicate with the managers of the villa if required and they were always helpful. We will be back.

Beautiful villa! Much bigger than it looks in the photos, and there was a lovely little garden at one end of the courtyard. I was also worried that the dark walls would be overwhelming, but no, it was lovely. Eka, the villa manager was excellent! Very friendly and helpful.

My only small problem was that the bathroom has a curtain not a door.

I had the best sleep ever in this villa, super relaxing! The cleaning is organised on every day basis and the room is clean!

The villa is far away from brand new, it’s quite old. The pool is useless cos it’s super small you can’t really swim

Construction next door was disturbing (no fault to the villa but worth mentioning) The outdoor lounge was dirty and mouldy, it was disappointing not being able to use this

Villa Manager Eka and his team showed exceptional customer service. Such a welcoming, friendly team who made sure our stay was perfect. I can't recommend this villa enough. It had everything you needed right at your fingertips and felt like a (very luxurious!!) home away from home. The decor was beautiful and the location was perfect.

The villa was lovely and clean and the pool was brilliant! Very safe and comfortable.

Unfortunately the bathroom does not have a door only a curtain … privacy is minimal.

We really enjoyed the place with private pool. As we were working remotely, this place was perfect - giving enough space for two people and allowing for a nice refreshing time in the moments of heat 🙂

Real nice stay, apartement gets cleaned every day. Very nice pool and all facilities are there.

The staff were lovely and accommodating. Pool was nice and clean and received sun throughout the day. Free unlimited water.

Was not much around. Pretty much had to get scooter every time you wanted to go somewhere. About 10-minute scooter to main parts of Canggu. Which was good as no traffic around., However, would have been nice to be able to walk to some places. Property could use some curtains instead of hung sheets. Tap in the bathroom was also a bit unpractical, splashed on everything every time you used it. Ended up using kitchen sink instead.

The villa is tastefully built and decorated and has a nice outdoor area with a swimming pool.

We felt cheated to be honest. There is construction going on in the house nextdoor. This starts in the early morning and goes on until at least six, every single day. Constant loud drilling in the adjacent wall and sounds of powertools completely screws up the relaxing vibe you’re looking after. Apparently this was in the fine print after consulting with the owners, but that’s not nearly clear enough. Moreover, we paid full price for this accomodation when this diminishes the value enormously. You’re basically forced to go somewhere else to relax from the early AM. We might as well have booked a small apartment and went to the beach instead for a much smaller price. The owners also were not flexible in providing a refund or able to do anything about the noise. Another issue is the continuous burning of trash which causes pretty extreme smell pollution adding to the discomfort when sitting outside or even inside. This area of Canggu is clearly under development which causes these disturbances, but it’s the task of the owners to communicate this clearly and reduce the price of the accomodation. The final issue was the sewer which smells pretty bad and needs fixing. Without these discomforts is would be a nice place to stay, but the abovementioned issues really made our stay very mediocre.
